I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid around $1,500 for diagnosis, labor, and repairs, yet my ATV came back with the same issue, still not functioning properly. When I sought resolution, they wanted more money just to look at it again, with no guarantee. I've now paid twice and received no results. To top it off, my bike was stuck in their shop for over two months. At the end, all they said was, "Sorry, we could only do what we could." I can't recommend this shop based on my experience. Now I'm forced to find another ATV shop probably not even the dealership just to finally get it fixed. What an inconvenience after all this wasted time and money. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place for service knowing they don't take care of your stuff properly. I bought a 20k jet ski brand new and spend a lot of time to detail it. Took it in (detailed) yesterday for a 10 hour service and the tech stained my new cover and seats with grease not to mention left my water proof case cover off just sitting in the floor well disconnected. This is the one thing that frustrates me the most when you work hard to keep new things clean.. Simple gloves or cleaning hands properly before working on it could have prevented this. They also quoted me like 3 different prices and tried to have me pay higher that what I signed for. I'd stay away from this place and I will not bring my PWC back here in the future! read more

After you sign on the line that is dotted , buckle up! The service department is the worst of any I've dealt with in the Houston area. I'm own many motorcycles and this is by far the worst dealership. If you like to wait 3-4 weeks for service to be completed, then your going to love this place. I would by a motorcycle any place in the city that is not Mancuso. Go to Stubbs or Iron supply. They both have fantastic service departments. A quick trip to Houston made stopping at the local Indian Dealerships mandatory. This TMP location was our first stop. Ho hum... A wasted trip in Houston's Friday afternoon traffic. 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Huge building filled with multiple different brands of motorsport products. Tucked away in a corner was the Indian section, minimal bikes in the floor (yes, I'm aware of supply chain backlogs for motor vehicles). There really wasn't much Indian to shop: A few generic t-shirts, a couple of coats either too small or waaaay to big and a half empty rack of helmets. What was missing? - dealership t-shirts (our original mission) & sales people. Finally, as we were leaving a sales guy stopped flirting with the receptionist long enough to ask it we had questions. Yea, what's the fastest way out of this place? read more

We were happy with the product. We were happy with the price of the product. We were happy how fast they got everything processed and got us out of there. We weren't happy with the extra $700 "accessory charge" they snuck in there on a base model with literally not even a top. What accessories did we get charged for? Because we certainly didn't go home with any. These were all questions we asked (after the fact, sadly is the biggest mistake on our part for not catching it sooner) our sales person. Which, of course, he couldn't answer... and said a manager/financial manager would contact us shortly. That was a week or two ago. No call. No explanation. Enjoy your $700 bonus. Clearly, one of you needed it more than we did. Unfortunately, it might possibly cost you more than that in future sales. If you do choose to purchase something from them, don't let them rush you- go over that paperwork with a fine tooth comb. Call with a legitimate explanation on the extra charge and I'll happily remove this. read more

Had an awful experience purchasing a Seadoo switch here. There were many problems with the entire transaction. We drove 4 hours to get to the dealership and when we got there they didn't have the boat ready even though they said that it would, it took them 5 hours to get the boat ready while me, my wife and newborn baby waited in there lobby. I have been waiting for 8 months for them to send me my manual because they didn't give one to me with the boat. When I bought it, it had some damage on the side, we noticed it and pointed it out to the salesman before we even left there lot, they got pictures and said that they would submit a warranty claim but never did, they lost the photos of it so now need me to come back in to get the photos so they can order the part and only then can I drop it off with them, then I will have to come pick it up once it is finished. I live 4 hours away, that is a total of 24 hours of driving. Avoid this place at all costs because they literally don't give a S+%T about people they just want your money. read more

The Great Seadoo "Switch" I was among the first group to pre-order the Seadoo Sport Compact Switch on 9/10/21 from this dealership.  After waiting patiently with great enthusiasm, I was notified on 7/15/22 that the unit had finally arrived.    While working through financing with my sales person Daniel Ramirez (good guy) at Team Mancuso- Houston, I was shocked to discover that the unit had arrived in neon yellow instead of the coral blast color I had selected and even more of a shock that the dealership was now marking the boat up significantly in fees. After expressing my frustrations, the dealership showed no real concern for the mixup or for the unexpected price increase. They would only cast blame on BRP stating that they had no control over the order or pricing which I knew not to be true. I was then pressured to take delivery on this boat and provided no real assistance with resolving my issues.   Of special note, I spoke with the store manager Zak Wilmore regarding this matter. He has been less than helpful and his attitude and overall customer service skills are not reflective of a retail manager. He did not listen openly to my concerns and has yet to follow up with me since 8/6/22 on this issue as agreed. Fortunately, I have been able to contact BRP customer support who confirmed that the dealership was incorrectly charging me fees. BRP further suggested that the dealership should have in fact honored the pre-order boat price. This had also been confirmed by other dealerships. BRP has since apologized on behalf of the dealership and has went above and beyond to assist me with making things right and most importantly helping me to secure a 2023 model year Seadoo Switch. I do not recommend this dealership and would suggest you drive the extra miles for your next purchase. They do not align with BRP executive teams' mission in which "Ethical Behavior Is Everyone's Responsibility". read more

Started trying to buy a slingshot on 6/25/2022. Told them they can run credit through one bank and they did 3, them sales person did 0 follow up and we were lied to repeatedly. Did I add we live 2 hours away and when we went to pick it up today we're told it is still not ready! If you're considering buying from Mancusso Gulf dealership I would strongly advise you not too. They made my buying experience of a brand new 2023 Scout Bobber a total nightmare. The sales guy Daniel was cool and helpful for the most part but GM (Zac) was a total ass about everything. I got financed and had all my paperrwork signed ( 4hr ordeal) and was ready to go out the door with my new bike, when my sales guy asked me to pick out my free Indian apparel to go with my purchase. I picked out a nice Indian leather jacket which I thought was awesome but the GM did not approve and wasn't having it. I asked the GM you are going to let this jacket get in the way of my $15,500 purchase? He wouldn't work with me one bit. The salesman promised free apparel but the GM overruled it. I got a bad vibe from GM and said l would walk out on the deal if you guys didn't stick to your promise. The GM treated me rudley and had a chance to redeem himself and most importantly sit well on the "Mancusso" name but he (it) didn't. A small problem that could have been easily fixed with a finalized sale that's what good GM's are suppose to do. I'm guessing he just didn't like me. Anyways lots of drama with no bike but at least I left there with my principal's. I won't ever buy anything there nor recommend Mancusso to anyone.. I'm still looking for that scout bobber and have no doubts I will find it hopefully with a better ending. I hope Johnny and Mr. Thompson take note of this review. It's apalling how they treat customers there. Oh, on a side note they never honored the Indian rebate I specifically mentioned before the sale of the bike. I have attached a screenshot. FYI. Long story short, I was approved to purchase the a Lonestar today under my tax exemption. The salesman proceeded to approve my credit and proceed with their sales paperwork. I then asked for the final drive out price and he reluctantly stated $24,900. I asked the salesman what the $3,794 inflation was for. The salesman stated that the Defender would sale for $20,926 under the tax exemption plus $3,794 for freight, assembly and a $600 BRP surcharge. Deceptive dealings are not cool. read more

I'm not one to write negative reviews but my experience with the communication with this place has been very poor. I have a Vanderhall thats been sitting here with them for 3+ months for a unresolved abs light issue. I have made several calls and every single time the person who answers the phone doesn't have any information & all they can say is that they'll call me back and guess what, not a single time has anyone ever called back or reached out with any information. All this dealership does is just give me the run-around and never an answer. Same thing over & over for the last few months... "We don't know but we'll call you back". Of course, when you're trying to purchase something from them the communication is great but don't expect the same after the sale. They apparently ordered the part which has been shipped but it's been a few months and they have literally nothing to say other than that it's been ordered and they have no idea when this will get fixed and could possibly take several more months. Let me tell you, if you're thinking about purchasing a Vanderhall from here I HIGHLY suggest you stay away. This is a simple fix and I can't imagine how long it would take if it were a bigger problem. I honestly regret purchasing this vehicle and can say that I'll never buy anything from here ever again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, very poor dealership. I spent 40 k at this dealership and put 10k down in cash. They were nice and took my money and after that they want nothing to do with you. They have poor customer service don't care about the customer. Had many issues and no one calls you back, no one cares unless you go to sales, to purchase something then they act like they care. This dealership is a joke. First they sold me a vehicle with damage then took 6 months to get it resolved. Took 4 months for them to register the vehicle, went thru 2 paper tags and it was not the tax office issue, they told me the dealer never sent paperwork in I had to call many times and again no assistance. Then canceled my service contract I needed them to give me the form. I called 16 times to have one emailed to me it was never sent always an excuse. I had to go around them to get the contact canceled thru the admin of contract. The funds got released to the dealer for my refund and it has been 3 mo ths and I still have not gotten my money. I am at 12 phone calls and again no return calls and when you speak to people they give you the run around and hang up on you. You have been warned stay away from this place nothing but issues and no one there cares about the customer. All you are is a sale then f you after that. I would give no stars but I can't read more

Brp sent me here saying this is the best tech for rykers in the city. After a list of doing things that wasn't the problem a yr plus later close to 18 months the same problem occurs and Mr sarcastic Steve didn't want to work on my bike from the jump he gave me all kinds of lies and run arounds say this and that promising to call and get ba k to me never to do so .. I've tried ti be quiet but Mancuso wants to lie to brp .. Steve saying he drove my bike 137 miles if this is true (tell me the one thing you had to do every time you drove it) but as soon as I drove it home and started it back up it cuts off ... I hardly see actual hands on parts and tools..I sat starring in front of the curtain for 6 hrs one day forcing them to work on my bike. Now because I'm furious of getting in a accident and I'm taking to social media they are refusing to fix my bike read more

DONT COME HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND RIP YOU OFF. I made and appointment to get my canam serviced on January when the day came around i called to verify and they told me they fired the worker and he never wrote down my name and they don't have anymore appointments till Feb 10. I took it in and a month has passed and i never got any updates, i reached out a month in and they told me they still haven't gotten to it but they will that week. I gave it a week called again and the same excuse saying they haven't but they will this week. Gave them the benefit of a doubt and gave them their time called them again on April 17 which has been already two months and more since its been in their shop and told me that they worked on it but they don't have the notes since the person who has working on it got into an accident. I understand stuff happens but isnt that person supposed to leave all the notes before leaving work , i went to go pick it up and they had it outside and were expecting me to pit my Canam back together as it was with the seats out , screws out, lids out, spark plugs , air filter cap out. I don't know how long they had it seating like that since supposedly the person got into an accident and didn't even finish. Really messy business. These people don't want to work. Picked it up and took it to the Mancuso Powersports in La marque and they fixed it in 2 days , while you guys took more than 2 months and were trying to charge me 5k + for a flooded engine damage , they fixed it for 1,300 and it wasn't even flooded, these people don't know what they are talking about, don't come here and waste your time THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

My hopes were up, I was really excited. I responded to Craig's list ad that started with a credit score of 500 I could still get financed. Came to the table with $2000.00 I was told after my credit was run, I needed more money and a co-signer. $5000.00, That's the closing cost of a hundred thousand dollar house or better... WTF...I get it that times are hard. I stated that my credit went down the drain in 2020 due to me not being able to work. That went through one ear and out the other. Family and I stopped in to view some boats after leaving the boat show a couple of weekends ago. We walked in the showroom floor and watched 3 salesmen and a manager just stare at us from their office and a counter. We gave it 10 minutes viewing some of the showroom floor for jetskis and to see if a salesman would approach us for interest as we had some questions on what to buy on our interest was... None. Needless to say, we walked right out the door and no a single person stopped us, not even the salesman standing in the parking lot who watched us pull up. I will not return back there nor recommend it to anyone. I will drive to a farther location. read more

I'm giving this location a 2 star only because I have to say the service departments are crooks. They told me I had to take my bike in at 600 miles to get the oil changed and check up. So I took my bike in for the 600 miles service the lady with the short hair helped me out. She had an attitude when I brought it in to get it serviced. I told her I wanted to drop off my bike for the 600 service and she asked me what did I wanted done? I explained to her that I do not know because this is my first bike I've owned and that all they told me was I needed to take it in for the 600 service. She then rolled her eyes and said the bike will be ready in a couple of days. I told her I had make an appt and they told me it'll be ready the same day. After I told her that she was pissed off for no reason. So I went to the manager of the store to ask him what's with her attitude and he said that she's going through some things. When I got my bike back (little did they know I did a quick walk through when I dropped it off) it looked like nothing was done and when I asked James what was done he said oil change, check up and lube of my chain. I went to my bike and the my chain was not lubed up and I told him. He then proceed to say that my bike was new so they didn't need to lube it up but the service on the sheets states that it took them 2 hours to complete the service. I then asked them on my next service (1st service was 275 and come change) how much would it be? He said about the same... In my head I'm thinking that's a Benz oil change on their plan A service and it's at 10k miles VS my 3k on the bike... Makes no sense. So I'd advise anyone who's getting their service done to look around for another shop that can handle your needs without having to pay 300 every 3k. read more

My name is Tanner Tullos, on Thursday April 1st I went in search for a specific motorcycle. Couldn't find it in the Woodlands so I drove south, and stumbled upon Team Mancuso. To my surprise you guys had the very specific motorcycle that I was looking for! The sales person Daniel was eager to help me and got the deal rolling, on a 2021 Indian Scout Bobber Smoke White ABS. I already had the pre approval from my bank so this was one of the smoothest deals I've ever had. Me and my uncle drove to come pick up the motorcycle the 2nd of April, when the temporary plate was mounted I asked Daniel if they put a full tank in it, he assured me that the bike had a full tank. Friday was a very LONG day, as soon as the bike started up within minutes there was a check engine light, to which Daniel a salesperson assured us ALL Polaris products have the check engine lights before they get rolling it will go off. Against our better judgment we trusted Daniel and hit the road. We made it to Baytown and the check engine light was blinking and the fuel light came on, to our surprise the gas tank was empty. So immediately we call the service department and the tell us to bring it in. By the time we get back to the Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Fwy dealership it's roughly 2:30. The service manager Casey was very kind and reassuring, told us that when these motorcycles sit on the showroom floor and collect dust the O2 sensor go out. We leave grab a bit to eat make it back to the dealership around 3:15 or so, and it felt like pulling teeth just to get back in touch with Casey. By 4:00 or so we finally got face to face with Casey he told us it was the O2 sensor and that after he replaced it the check engine light went off and then came back on, to which will man the gauge is faulty or the ECU is bad. The misconception I had was that Casey was going to replace the gauge today and get in touch with me. on Saturday I sent Casey an email around 10:30am in hope's he would reach out to me. I called up to the Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Fwy dealership around 2:54 to get ahold of Casey only to be put on hold for 30 minutes to finally get an answer from someone. The gentleman I spoke to was named Oscar he informed me that Casey had opened a case with Polaris to get this issue resolved, but was unclear how long that would take, but I was under the impression that they were doing what every thing they could to get it back to me. When I went to the dealership on Thursday April 1st with the intent of having a brand new motorcycle I never would have imagined that this would happen, I then had the brilliant idea of trying to get ahold of the sales manager, my attempts were at a loss because I never got ahold of the manager and nobody wanted to take the initiative to make sure my time wasn't wasted. At this point in my transaction I feel like I'm by no means being sold a brand new motorcycle, but in fact a fixed one at full price. This review is about a sales person at the Gulf Fwy. Houston location. First I am not complaining about Mancuso services which I have always thought to be top notch. Furthermore I didn't know that each Mancuso sold different products, my bad, ie: Harley's, Indians etc. So on the website I notice a few Harley Trikes for sale which I am presently in the market for. So I stopped in on Saturday, 10/17 to look at Harley Trikes. After looking around and not noticing any Trikes I asked an older male sales person where the pre-owned Harley Trikes were. His response was, "we're not a Harley Dealer." I said the website shows you have a pre-owned Trike, again his answer was maybe at one of our other stores. How about let me check, instead of "we're not a Harley Dealer." Needless to say I won't be purchasing that $31,000 Trike from Mancuso. Again I never had an issue with Parts or Service on my current bike. This sales person should maybe find another line of work. read more

First impressions do in fact matter. We first walked into this location and thought it was very nice. We then found the used cruiser we came to look at and spent 20 minutes talking about it before we realized that nobody was going to come ask us for help. Bear in mind we came all the way from Katy for this! The sales person on the floor looked pissed about something and didn't come to address us. The not so bright girl at the counter didn't once ask us if she could get anyone for us. Eventually we had to grab someone and it was some young kid that didn't appear to have any knowledge of anything other than starting the bike up for us. We couldn't ask for a test ride since it was raining and I could wait for a dry day. A week later we went back to take the bike out for a test and were told we couldn't unless we had it insured under OUR insurer. WTF?? Don't these people have their own insurance for rides like this? It isn't a new machine for crying outloud!!! We gave up and went to Stubb's. The people there greeted us almost immediately and let us drive the bike I wanted to buy. Guess what Mancuso....? You lost a sale. We bought a new ride from Stubb's when you could have moved a used model at your dumpy store. Time to hire a better set of staff. I visited this location yesterday as I'm in the market for some two-wheeled fun! The first thing I noticed was the artful taste of the placement of different bikes and vehicles. Having been to several dealerships in the past that just line their vehicle in a row like standard car dealerships, this was a pleasant surprise. As soon as I walked in I smelled fresh tires, polished floors, and all-around cleanliness. No sooner had I made it more than five steps and I was greeted warmly by two salespeople. Customer service top notch. At first, I told her I was "just looking" but I eventually ventured over (once I worked up the courage) and asked her whether riding dirt bikes exclusively as a teenager would affect my experience towards street bikes. She smiled and proceeded to tell me that a question like that was better reserved for Nick; their resident Kawasaki guy. Nick answered my question and also gave me a few other tidbits of information. I will be returning to purchase a 2017 Kawasaki Z650 ABS and look forward to it!! Very satisfied with my visit! read more

Service dept is horrible and crooks. They have lost me as a customer forever. Took my spyder for some warranty work and after having the bike for about a month they decided to call me and tell me that they are voiding my warranty because I had leds put on the bike. And the cost of the repair would be 2K to change out the wiring harness. I asked if they change out the wiring harness and that is not the problem then what? Then he would have to change out the DPS and that would be an additional 2K. So I told them I would pick up the bike and take it somewhere else. He then tells me there is a $100.00 fee. They refused to give me the bike back until I paid the $100.00 my argument was It's under warranty. Well I took it down to another can am dealer down the street in la marque and they had no problem fixing the bike and even had to get BRP involved to help trouble shoot which this dealer did not do. Come to find out the problem was the vcm was bad. Something that is covered under warranty. Cost me $0.... so the gulf frwy location was ready to charge me over 4k to change out parts that didn't need to be changed. Platinum dealer status means NOTHING!!! read more

To cut the story short Phillip Orange offered me a price for a bike I liked through email and all I said was but such and such store has it for cheaper and his reply was: " ok, great... That would be the best place to buy. They have it in stock. The best place to get your value is on NADA.com. make sure you get trade value not the retail value." I wish I could post a snapshot but I had also asked him how much for my trade and what I was looking to get. That looked like him saying you don't pay me what I want then F* off . In january I made a purchase of a used motorcyle here. Salesman guy named Todd said it would be 2 weeks since the bike needed a new carb and had been sitting for sometime. 2 weeks came and went. Several phone calls were made as well as more time passed, each one ending with itll be ready next week. On the 6th week i visited the store in person. His face was of utter disgust when i walked in asking about the bike. He also refused to tell me where the bike was only that it was a service center( they have a mechanic shop there) and he refused to let me see the bike being worked on. No only was he stand offish and completely rude to me as a customer but he wasnt apologetic only saying that if i want a refund we could do that and walk away from the deal.Finally the 7th week he called and said the bike was ready. Upon arrival the bike literally wouldnt even start. They pulled it into the mechanic shop and guess what the carb had never even been replaced or even cleaned. A few hours later it was running. Not only did i wait 7 and a half weeks for a used bike, this guy straight up lied to us about replacing the carb and was rude and hostile. Dont go here and spend your money. Drove 2hours to pick up my new bike I had on hold for 2 weeks, planned to pay cash. The rude staff informed me they didnt have time to service my new bike and to come back another day. Claimed they wernt getting paid to service my new bike and that their mechanic was too busy on other "paying" jobs. Was told they would get to it when they could. I sat around the shop for over 5 hours for nothing, and had to pay a taxi $200 to drive me all the way back home. Do yourself a favor and by elsewhere! read more

Took my bike in for its first oil change (which I bought at LaMarque Mancuso because this Mancuso sales dept abosoutely ignored me for 30 mins) and they called back and said it would be an additional 200 bucks to bore out the plug and replace it with a new one. Uh...its the first oil change retard...who do you thing rheemed the plug out? YOU! Told them not to touch it...took it to Mancuso LaMarque and the replaced the plug for 2 bucks. Jerks. read more
