New parts department got great service called and asked for angle fluid and had plenty in stock ready for pickup when i arrived

Walked into the "service" building and no one was at the counter, finally was able to get some help from a gentleman tucked away in an office. I told him I was wanting to do a chain adjustment and tightening and clean/lube. He told me his techs were in lunch and if I had a "minute" to hang out, I told him cool thinking it was going to be a 15-20 minute wait you know something reasonable. I Was there waiting for about an hour, phone kept ringing and being ignored. I walked out of that joke of a place and went to Discount Motorcycle Tires literally down the road from this place and was in and out In a pinch. read more

Terrible customer service by the service manager. If you want to be ignored in service, step on in and stand at the counter while the service manager chit chats with a friend. You'll be standing there waiting to be acknowledged for over 30 minutes. I tried to call twice and when transferred to service the phone would ring and then hang up. Twice. Then I drive to the store so I can be further ignored. Tells me they don't need any money to pay their bills. Otherwise they would be happy to see a customer walk in the door. Not this balloon. He needs to be fired. If I stop going to their service, and you stop going to their service, eventually this guy won't have a job. DON'T GO HERE. My husband brought our four wheeler to them to see what was wrong with it. After they took it apart they called us and stated it would cost over $800 to fix. Some of the parts that they said are bad, we had just fixed. Once my husband told them that he did not want them to do the work they said it would be $125 to put all the parts back together on the four wheeler. My husband said that was ridiculous and told him that they would be glad to give them $25 off if he did not put a bad review. He told them leave the parts off the four wheeler that he would pick up everything, which we are doing right now, but was going to write a review because people need to know how horrible this place is. I hope that the corporate offices of Polaris, Yamaha and Honda know what kind of establishment is trying to sell their product and or fix. These people are not only horrible they are unethical. Have you ever heard of anyone diagnosing a problem and then charging you to put the parts that they took off back on? If that was the case, why would they not have stated that when they started to look into the issue. Then they were going to pay us money not to put on a review! Why? After receiving my motorcycle license and just wanting something to start off on I came here. They were very attentive to getting me in and out in a timely manner and seeing I was provided with excellent customer service. It's not much to start for my first "bike" but a Honda PCX 150 is good enough for learning how to handle various riding conditions and to handle drivers around you. Won't be long and I'm going to upgrade to a cruiser of some sort. Given my circumstances I was able to finance for 60 months so my payments would only come out to around $88 a month which can be a blessing when times are hard and then when not I can dump on it to pay it off quicker. They also have the option of getting your insurance right there on site before you leave the business which is Progressive. read more

Find any Honda dealer to use except this one. I have spent thousands over the years at this one. Recently the owners let the service manager, Scott, go. Brought in a new guy named Karl who is only there to charge you money. I have an extended warranty for a Goldwing, and these guys could not get a blown fork seal covered. Instead they wanted me to pay double what I can go down the road and get it done. It took them a week to tell me they couldn't cover it as warranty. I just bought an extended warranty thru Honda. This place wanted $1200.00 for the warranty. I bought the same warranty from Russellville, Arkansas for $600. Texas Powersports is gouging people over $600 more for the same warranty sold at other Honda retailers. Now that Scott is gone from service, the new guy Karl is there to make money by not covering warranty items. They are turning away good customers for reasons they seem to make as the day goes by. They turned away the customers behind me who wanted to buy a tire because their bike was over 10 years old. I saw that customer down the street buying a tire where I went for repair. Find a different Honda dealer besides this one to give your hard earned money. There is a reason this place has bad reviews. read more

After almost two months I realized they had not mailed the license plate. I live about 200 miles away from this dealership and understandably requested they mail the plate to me. Called them and one of their team members stated that it was at their office and they would mail it. After waiting about 10 days I called back to get an update. This time I spoke with the person who handles the decal and license plate process. He said you have no plates to be delivered and that he had mailed a decal. After telling him I didn't receive that decal and that I should have gotten a license plate he became angry and hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak with a manager. He found out the license plate was sent to the wrong address almost two months ago and instead of fixing this error he told me I needed to go to the court house myself and apply to get it. (It costs $7 to get a duplicate plate). Even the sales person who was very enthusiastic during the sale didn't call me back to find out what was going on with the plates. read more

I have dealt with this company for about 20 years buying parts for my GL1200, GL1500, and now my 1800, and have always had a great experience dealing with Kimberly and Diane...I am sure going to miss them. I have heard negative stories about the service department but have disregarded them because of my own experiences; but, I made the mistake of using their service Department in November 2011 and do not plan on spending any more of my hard earned money there. Problem? Someone ran into the front end of my 1800 and I thought that by taking my bike to the dealer that they would conduct a simple safety inspection on my forks to check for cracks and bends. They did not and I could not get them to do it unless I paid above and beyond what insurance paid for my fender. I could have changed the fender myself, I was expecting them to be the experts or at the least appreciatte what it takes to be safe on a motorcycle. The teo folks I spoke to on the phone from the service department (man and woman) were real jerks, to be polite; but, I realized that they really did not appreciate my business or the 20 years of business I have given them. I took my ranger in for some repairs to the clutch in the beginning of November I was told that they would get me an estimate on repairs with in the next 2 hours. Which they did. So they came back with a list of repairs that added up to about $1200 plus 21 hours of ($2700)labor to change a belt clutch and some bearings I asked Carl why so many hours for labor? $117 rate? He said this was a max amount. So it probably wouldn't be that much. He also told me if I left it with him now he would get back to me in about 2 weeks. So I did. 2 weeks went buy and Carl calls me and tells me he has to order other parts that will now cost me another $600 and it will be another week before he gets the parts. Not that I have any choice at this point I agree as long as he can get it done within the first week of December. So another 2 weeks goes buy and no one even calls. So I call Carl on the spot. Carl finally remembers who I am and now tells me he has 2 ahead of me. Now i am getting impatient. So another 2 weeks goes by as deer season is now over and its the 1st week in January. Carl calls to let me know that he now has to order another part but does not tell me what part or what for. So I tell Carl great when will it be ready? And Again he tells me it takes a week for parts to show up and then it will be a week after that. So finally on January 31. Carl calls obviously trying to hit his monthly sales goal and so enthusiastic to let me know that my ranger is complete but I might need some axial's. I asked Carl how many hours did you charge me for repair? He told me it took 21 hours. I asked him if it only takes 2 hours for teardown why would it take 19 hours for a new clutch bearings and new belt? Carl says That's what it is Mr. I truly don't post stuff like this and typically take care of those folks that are honest. But when people flat out lie to me several times it just tears me up.
