He's able to do this all while efficiently making a positive impact on me as a customer, but able to continue to provide quality prompt care to all. One time, I even forgot my wallet. And he offered to pay for my items. There are angels here on earth, and if you're lucky enough to visit this Kwik star at night... you may just come face to face with one and his name is Ben! Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you turn to approach the cash registers. This is a right hand store. When you go into the store, you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners want you to feel. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods are straight back. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a leftt at the cooler. Lottery forms are back there, too, for processing at the registers. The no-fee ATMs are to your left as you enter the store. Out on the gas island, you'll find Unleaded Unleaded Premium, E-85, Unleaded 88, and Diesel #2. The store is 24/7. This is a nearly complete auto and truck plaza, there's a car wash, too! It's a complete convenience store with dairy products, sandwiches, coffee and soft drinks and almost anything you could need in the coolers, freezers and food gondolas. Like all Kwik Trips, the bakery all comes from La Crosse and it's pretty good. If you happen to drive an 18-wheeler, there is a huge fueling station and certified scale. It's easy in and easy out with no silly roundabouts to come through. You'll find Diesel #2, Premium Diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid. It's everything you've come to expect in a Kwik Trip and a whole lot more. By the way, Kwik Star has the best chocolate milk in Iowa!

I explained that you charged me without authorization and you are trying to give me 1 month of car washes free. He doesn't or he does realize he still has my $48.14. It would not be free. After 3 attempts I am afraid they have won and this 81 year old is out $48.14. Do not go there!!, our area has other car washes. I search Tires in Mason Ciry, and find/call Tony's Tire. Online says they're closing but they answer, and gentleman says "guys are walking out but bring it by, I'll take a look. Sounds like you're in a bind." Understatement. I'd have to find a hotel and disrupt my whole trip, which would throw off my Thursday in a major way. Twenty minutes later, Tony's has my tire patched, I'm back on the road - at an incredibly reason value mind you - with a huge smile for appreciation of service and helping out a fellow human. I will say, they had their work cut out for them and they totally exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with needing to hard brake to avoid an accident which resulted in a full to go cup of coffee ending up all over the dash, vents, and everywhere in between. Not only was there no sign of coffee at completion, but I honestly think the vehicle was cleaner than when I purchased it. I only paid for an interior detail, however they also washed my car and had it clean, dry, and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. The little extra was very much appreciated and I went ahead and booked an additional appointment for detailing for my husband's car before leaving!

Thursday, Dec. 17 I called Cresswell Auto Repair inquiring about tires due to having a flat. I tell…read morehim that I have Cooper tires and give him the numbers he needed to have 2 ready for install the next day. The tires took only about a hour to replace and I paid and only noticed the amount due on receipt. On my way home, I looked at the receipt again and noticed that the words - Tiger Paw- were on the receipt and not Cooper, the brand that Craig and I had discussed on the phone the day before. I immediately called him and asked what happened. His excuse was - "I've never heard of Cooper Tires and I have no idea where I would even buy them." After over 10 years of going to Cresswell Auto Repair, I am done. I tell everyone about how honest he is and in reality he is a liar. I will never go back there. He deceived me and sold me tires that I did not ask for, after assuring that he would have the Cooper ones the next day.
