She was able to accommodate some of my strange request. (I'm a germophobe.) so she placed everything on paper towels, like I asked. She also managed to do a great job in the restroom getting out some of lime stains from my hard water. When you consider the price she is selling her services for it makes it much easier to swallow having some help cleaning the house. I also really appreciated her not making me feel shameful for having to hire someone to help me clean my apartment.

The first time she came there were a few places missed that were not clean, but I was home and able to show her the missing spots so she was able to clean them before she left. The second time she came a few weeks ago I was home but busy with work and wasn't able to take a thorough look around the house until a few hours later when my husband was home. It didn't look like any of the floors or stairs had actually been vacuumed, there was soap scum all over the master shower, and a thin layer of dust still on two of the bathroom counters. She offers a great cleaning price but not at the expense of having a dirty house still. I sent her a message and she offered to come back to clean again but I after I discussed with my husband we decided to pay more for a solid cleaning service instead of having her come back. We did clean at the end but needless to say, we did not account for the smaller things like the window sills, fridge and oven. The cleaners did a phenomenal job and completely turned it all around. It was a nearly 2700 sq ft job, so nothing easy. I had my appointment from 9-11, but that wasn't enough as they did everything and then some, which ended up going 3 hours over or so. Jodie, the owner, was outstanding throughout. She gave the best pricing off the start, worked with us on deals and only charged one hour over! This was an almost empty house prior to move in cleaning that was very clearly specified.
