The workers had no idea about it because I did ask Graciela for it to check off what was done so she could see what was left to do. There was so much left incomplete. I'm a janitor's daughter. His supervisors had check lists & the employees had to make sure all was done before they left for the night. The amount I paid for a 1/1 move out clean should have left it perfect. But this company needs to clearly and simply express and explain their terms and their pricing, and it's not that hard to do. Other companies have no problem with this.
