They brought 4 guys and it took them over 12 hours to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment and move it 20 minutes away to a place with no stairs. They didn't even finish the job. The main guy kept taking breaks by claiming he had to go and get more paper but then they used my things for packing and damaged so many things. I keep trying to get the refund the promised but they blocked my number. The lazy main guy also kept getting high on the job. I have video footage of them which I'll be posting on social media to warn others not to hire them. I filed a police report and joined the police to meet them but they said I would have to take them to court and I just didn't have time and knew they wouldn't pay even if I won. Despite this, they showed up with a truck that was not large enough to fit all of our furniture and items. This caused us to have to make a second trip in which we had to leave even more behind than we anticipated. They damaged a few pieces of furniture (including our couch and dining room chairs,) they scratched the floors moving out of our old residence, and they damaged a wall moving into our new residence.
