Due to this, he felt like a paycheck instead of a patient. Observe: my husband works 5 minutes down the road from her office, instead of the courtesy of calling him when he missed an appointment (he noted in his phone that the appointment was at 4, it was actually at two pm) she charged him the full amount of the appointment at 2:24 PM, and then called me to let ME know that he missed his appointment...at 3:11 PM. Why didn't she just take the time to call him on his phone, and let him know that his appointment was at two and he could've been there... Maybe for a shortened appointment but at least he would've gotten the therapy. She did not know that his trip was moved to a month later, and she could've had two or three more visits from him. Now he has to find another therapist.

I rate massages on how I feel just after and then how many days after the session I'm still relaxed. I was totally zoned after the massage. I should have had a designated driver take me home. The ambitious hike I had planned that day wasn't going to happen. I spent most of the afternoon in a hammock. Longer term I was feeling pretty loose almost a week later.
