Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. On the day of my appointment, no one ever arrived. After waiting, I called to request an estimated arrival time for the truck. I was told someone would get back to me with an ETA, but I never received one. When I called back for an update, the customer service representative hung up on me. I understand that delays can happen, but a complete lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. A simple phone call or update would have gone a long way. I had a few businesses give me quotes but this company was more personable. They had me send photo and gave me an honest and reasonable estimate. They arrived on time and gave me heads up on their ETA. The day of hauling, they walked through the items and told me where they would end up- dump, repurposed, recycled. I gave them more items than I expected since I felt they would repurpose them as opposed to hauling the load to dump. Nice men with good manners and super helpful. I will call them again. Ps. Old TVs cost extra to remove but well worth the additional price. But I would recommend trying Best Buy- they allow one item per household for e-waste but i am not sure about older TVs.
