Great place to unplug with easy access to Glacier National Park! You can expect a star filled sky, visible from your private deck, floor to ceiling clear walls and skylight. The beds are super comfortable and the hot shower is amazing. We loved the indoor gas fire pit and truly appreciated the mini fridge and coffee maker. Would be a fun place to stay with kids as the extra beds in our tent were at skylight level in a loft. Continental breakfast and happy hour are conveniently located in tavern next door. The staff is super friendly, cocktails and pizza are fabulous, continental breakfast just enough to get you started for the day. The WiFi service is limited, which we loved as our goal was to unplug and relax. There are train tracks across the road where Amtrak and freight trains pass. We like the sound and thought it added to the ambiance. The hoteliers have thoughtfully provided a sound machine with a variety of peaceful sounds to accompany your bedtime stargazing. We'd stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this unique and comfortable "glamping" experience near Glacier National Park.

Everybody always curious about glamping. I would put it this way: 60/40 hotel room/tent. I like sleeping cold. If you want to be warm in the morning, probably not for you. The shower, though, gets hot in seconds. Indoor fire pit and auxiliary heater in each unit with standard wall mounted heater. The vast space makes it impossible to heat. We were here in late August with temps in the low 40s every morning. Beds very comfortable with premium sheets. Downside is you are pretty remote from food options. There is a bar/restaurant on property with a great staff. Breakfast is bagel/scones/yogurt, etc. Good enough for me. At night, it was basically pizza. I wasn't at Glacier for premium dining, so again it works for me. Like everything around Glacier, there will be road construction delays. Absent delays, you are 15 minutes from West Glacier and 45 minutes from East Glacier. As they mention on their website, you are right across from the railroad tracks. The staff provides ear plugs. Trains didn't bother me, but I pretty much go with the flow. The skylight in each unit is a great touch. Looking up at those stars is epic. There is a telescope in each room, but it is one of those flimsy lower powered ones. Premium binoculars do just as well. We had a monocular and it did the trick.

I can't reccomend this place enough!! Hands down, absolutely the most accommodating and warm welcome I've ever experienced while staying somewhere. KaSarah, Brendan, Brooke, Jarred, the maintenance and grounds keeping crew were all AWESOME. Every single employee we came in contact with was great. I can't thank them enough for making my birthday weekend amazing. The geo domes are nothing short of magical, the swinging nest chair was so comfortable, I couldn't get enough of it. It's a shirt drive to the park from here... seriously, this is the place to stay!! Oh, and be sure to check with the tavern about the bags of magical puffs they make!

Operating for 3 months and very new. Nice cabins and staffs were very accommodating. Especially Marty and Kasara. I booked a wrong accommodation and they helped us get a cabin. I did wish there was a bathroom in our cabin but we were too late. I have to walk to the common BR early morning. There are few things that might be overlooked. The cup they provided for the coffee maker is too big. They don't serve breakfast nor coffee. Pretty much your on your own and no grocery near by. Dinner restaurant and bar opens at 5pm. When you book, be careful that you know what's in it. I did a wrong booking, my fault.

TLDR: - The MT office does not answer their phones. They claim to not "have enough Wifi" and there is no cell reception so, no phone answering. - The check-in timeframe is 4 pm to 7 pm, no later check-ins - It's located in a gravel parking lot between train tracks and a relatively busy road - It is a solid 45 minutes away from the main entrance of Glacier National Park - In no way is it "luxury" - Wifi is only in the main tent(s?) - The tent we stayed in was still under construction - Very cheaply constructed with plastic bathrooms, creaky stairs, very few lights - Bed did not have sheets - The CLEAR pods face each other, trashcans, random parking lot scenery - The transparent parts of the tents are so poorly stretched across the frame of the tents that you can't actually see stars Long long long version: My husband and I road trip a lot and are well acquainted with a bargain hotel or motel booked on a whim. In fact, we sort of appreciate the quirkiness of that type of accommodation. What I'm getting at is, we're not too picky. But, on our wedding night, after eloping in Glacier National Park, we figured we'd splurge and book a fun place to stay. We totally fell for the "luxury" vibes that Clear Sky Resorts touts with the same shamelessness as an Instagram influencer with no followers. We booked it months prior to our wedding date on credit card points and were excited to have a fun, different, cozy place to return to after the celebrations. A few days before our stay, I realized I never received a confirmation email or any communication from Clear Sky. The only thing I had was my email from Chase confirming the booking. I looked at that and noticed that the check-in time frame was 4 pm to 7 pm. That was tricky for us because that was the time we were literally getting married. So, we started to call them. We called about 7 or 8 times, left voicemails, never heard back. Then we emailed, submitted a form through their website, and I messaged on Instagram. We did receive an IG reply after the booking so...I guess good effort there. The day of our wedding my husband went in person and was able to get them to allow us to check-in early. Yay! He did say that the individual he spoke with in the office was very kind, my one star is for her and her alone. After our ceremony, we came back late to a bottle of prosecco too, which was very kind. But, the tents just kinda suck y'all. And really, it's that they are called, "luxury." If they were just honest with their marketing and didn't try to make it this cool hip thing, they'd be fine! But they are so poorly constructed and the layout of the whole camp was not thoroughly thought through. The roads are gravel and very loud when people drive near the tents. There's a train very close by along with one of the main roads in the area. Our specific tent was not completed, there was some exposed building materials. The staircase to the round mattress was shaky and unsteady feeling. The round mattress is cool I guess if it A.) it had sheets and B.) you and your sleeping buddy are not both very tall. The bathroom has the same vibe as an RV set up, the whole thing is sort of one, plastic piece that seemed like it was just dropped into the tent. It's small and kind of sterile. There were maybe three lights in the whole thing, so the seating area - which is made up of a tiny table and two slightly nicer collapsible camping chairs - has no light. Our honeymoon chateau faced other tents and part of a dumpster. So, that was cool. There are curtains that you can draw closed, but the point of the experience is that you are supposed to feel like you're in the outdoors? So...idk. Idk what we're supposed to be paying for with this situation. We saw no stars from the top "window." So...if you're just needing a place to stay and have low expectations, this is the spot for you! If you're typically ok with budget travel and excited to have a bougier experience, go ahead and skip this one.

VERY cool and unique Glamping experience!!! Check in/out was super easy and no contact. The geodome was beautifully furnished with comfy beds and chairs, and we had a great private deck attached. We will be back again sometime! **Bring extra blankets in colder months. The domes are not insulated. read more

The Tavern it's great place. Really great service. We had hit deer on the road before 6am and the car broke down, we were able to borrow a phone here to call for a Tow and get some delicious breakfast while waiting for a couple hours. The owner is so nice! read more

I'm all about book unique stays and this one fit the bill with a 'treehouse' experience. You're suspended above the ground in a clear bubble which half of it is your bed so it rocks side to side a little. We left all our belongings in our car as there really wasn't much room in there. The bubble closes through velcro opening. There's no heat but a couple of solar powered lights in the bubble. It was a real shame weather wasn't cooperating because it was rainy all night, although we never got rained on in the bubble. For the price, I was expecting a bit more, like some heat LOL. We did have 3 comforters so we didn't feel cold, but some hand warmers or something would have been nice. It's also near the train so they provide ear plugs as well. I think the place probably needed a little TLC as the baseboard to enter was not on (hazardous getting in and out) and the lining was a bit dirty. The sheets also didn't stay on the bed very well. What I will say is that the Lobby is STUNNING and I secretly wished I could've slept in there. In the resort there was also little log cabins, but the most expensive (and best looking) were the half pods surrounding the lobby, but price was upwards of $400-500 a night. I would 100% opt for one of those next time and splurge for a night. There's a tavern on the property that serves drinks and some food. There wasn't a cook on hand so they only had pizza and a chicken sandwich, but there is wifi in there. We ordered the deep dish pepperoni pizza which wasn't really deep dish but was hot. I also ordered the jalapeño marg which was delicious! Great taste of jalapeño. The only staff member was doing a fantastic job handling all the guests. read more

We stayed 3 nights in September 2021, absolutely loved the experience of staying in a dome. There is a small refrigerator in the room as well. We will definitely stay again if we visit Glacier National Park read more

The food here is amazing! They make everything fresh to order, even hand grinding the beef for the burgers. We tried the burgers the first night, and the spicy burger lived up to it's name! It was delicious and spicy but not over powering. The Mediterranean sampler was also a treat- a generous portion of hummus, veggies, olives and falafel. My kids loved the tacos. They offered beef and pork and both were a hit. While we were there, they were offering a rIb special that was fall off the bone tasty. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a meal! read more

The management here is top notch! Friendly, accommodating, and made us feel completely at home. The log cabins were clean, bedding and linen were crisp and soft and made beautifully with ruffled shower curtains that just made the whole experience inviting, not to mention the food was pretty dang good! Kudos Clear Sky for making us feel welcome and more importantly, relaxed after a long long drive to get to our destination. They even started a nice campfire for us! One of the crew actually made the metal wilderness globe! read more

There wasn't a mirror in the bathroom, the water pressure was terrible, our fire place didn't work, the shower curtain wasn't long enough so showering flooded our bathroom. Very disappointing. read more

TOTAL SCAM. For $500, you will receive unprofessional, incomplete and incorrect communication from Clear Sky staff, a shoddily-made dome kit in which to stay, and a heavily trafficked road and train tracks right next door. Their piece de resistance "sky light for star gazing" is a thick piece of plastic that, even without a third of it covered in dirt and mold, makes star gazing impossible. The low quality construction and lack of attention to detail makes this anything but a "luxury" experience. The owner's response was that the price was fairly representative of the area. The luxury option at Izaak Walton down the road is less that half the price. Do your homework before you hit "submit." read more
