The central AC was not working, but AC units were placed in the windows and the room was quite comfortable loud unit, but provided the well needed cool air). The hotel itself is a 2 star experience but once you factor in staff services it's a 1 star. The remodel was half hearted and I'll bullet point all my problems with this one night stay in an Executive Room. - Parking fee is $12, website says $10 - Room descriptions inaccurate including bed types and number of TVs. - Odd dirty smell in room and bathroom - No clock, drapes, iron or board, coffee pot, safe, closet, dresser or any type of hanging racking for clothes in room. - Shower floor not level, resulting in water pooling to one corner where it stayed all night. This might explain odd, dirty smell. - Moth inside sheets of king bed, discovered at bed time after pulling sheets back. - No sheets on sofa bed or anywhere in room. Asked front desk for sheets when headed out for dinner, they offered to have housekeeping put sheets on but we declined and asked to get them upon my return. Housekeeping entered room anyway even with do not disturb on door. - TV didn't work nor did telephone when I tried calling down for tech support. - Walk downstairs to ask about TV, given instructions how to reset box but even that didn't work. Asked to move rooms but they were booked up. When I asked for discount, they offered $25 off a $350 rate. I asked for larger discount but was told manager must approve and they'd follow up with me but no one did and no discount provided at all. Later front desk clerk came to room, unplugged and plugged in new cords to get TV working. - Thin walls and windows, heard traffic and drunks leaving the bar across street late into the night and if it's a Wednesday morning you'll hear a dump truck at 6:20am. Through all this never even an apology from any staffer.

This is really Montana at its best with Big Sky's hospitality and a deep sense of hospitality. Our cowboy Jordan checked us in the only remaining executive suite, after my brother in law kindly offer that room to us. The room is super spacious and comfortable with the rustic charm of western comfort! Their Wi-Fi was not working properly and Jordan got it fixed in a minute. Their blanket service is fantastic with super clean and individual plastic cover. Overall this is by far the best "Best Western" I have had the chance to visit. A little bit outdated but everything is top notch! Happy Fourth of July to all Yelpers!

And, what a pleasant surprise that was! I was greeted by the General Manager, Suzanne, who was so very helpful and accommodating, even though she was swamped with so many locals just looking to shower and get warm. That included a wedding party that was booked somewhere else, that unfortunately had also lost power. Twenty-six needed rooms and Suzanne and her crew made the wedding party VERY happy! I can't say enough about every staff member, but special thanks to Shelia and Cindy for the yummy breakfast buffet! Make sure you leave a big tip, because the breakfast is free .

The property is clean and up-to-date and the staff is over-the-top superb: attentive, efficient, and friendly. The property is located near a number of eateries and is a short drive to both Whitefish and Glacier National Park which makes it an ideal base to explore one of America's most stunning environments. We want to single out the housekeeping staff and Lacey, who works in the front end of the hotel. Housekeeping found a bolo tie we forgot to pack. Lacey reached out to us immediately and made arrangements to have the jewelry mailed to us! That attention to detail and consideration reinforces what was already an exceptional experience. We hope the hotel management acknowledges both Lacey and the housekeeping staff for their honesty and diligence!

It could've been a 2 night stay, had the other property allowed us to leave and refund our points. The night front desk clerk who answered my phone call was helpful and had a room for us had we been able to check out. Service was great. The staff treated us nicely. I had "chatted" with them on the app trying to get an early checkin. They tried to contact me that a room was ready early, but, we had no cell service in the park to receive calls or emails. The front desk staff were nice and friendly with my wife and I. This Springhill is located in Kalispell, in the newer shopping area. The outside of was nicely landscaped and even had a putting green. This is a typical Springhill. If you've seen one, you basically know the layout of the room including the sliding glass barn door for the restroom that is the bane of most people who stay at the Springhill. We had a room with a king bed. It was a good stay and they gave me a good night of rest before driving to Spokane. The gym was adequate with ellipticals, treadmills and weights. Breakfast was Bonvoyed with precooked McDonald's type eggs. They also had sausage patties and links. This Springhill is a good hotel. We liked them and glad that they were able to rescue us.
