I think Tom Kubiak and his staff were friendly, helpful and their prices were very fair. I even brought in 2 new customers. So why am I ranking them at 1 star? Because they abandoned me when faced with the toughest part of thier job. I got audited by the Fed IRS for one of the years that he filed for me. At first Tom was very helpful during the process. As per the request of the IRS, he was the point of contact... They spoke to him and he relayed to me what they needed. All was quiet for over 2 months and I thought things were wrapping up until I got a letter in the mail stating that my accountant had broken off all contact and refused to call them back!!?! I reached out twice myself and I also could no longer reach Tom who in the past was always VERY accessible. I was forced to complete the audit on my own with no counsel. This is not the way to do business. IF you get audited this is where you need your tax people the most and I was abandoned. I can not recommend them... never again.
