Extremely satisfied with Clear View Auto Glass! My windshield needed to be replaced and we already had a good feeling about Clear View after receiving great customer service over the phone. They also needed to hook up the new rear-view mirror. I dropped my car off at arround 8:45am and went on about my day, thinking that I wouldn't get a phone call that it was ready until much later in the afternoon, but I was wrong! Got the phone call around noon to come pick up the car and was very pleased to see the new windshield and mirror in place. So far the glass and workmanship is A+! Highly recommend. read more

Great experience today with Clear Auto Glass! A friend recommended this business, and I called and got a live person on the phone! He told me to bring the vehicle in and I did so. Upon arrival I was given the option to replace the windshield or repair it including pricing, and they did the repair while I was on site. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and after being unable to talk to a live person after calling the competitor that we hear advertise on the radio all the time, I was pleased to give my business to somebody local. Called to ask if they could repair a small windshield chip. They said come right over. I did and was met by Tim. Tim looked at the chip and said: "I'm going to be honest with you, I can't make this chip disappear because of the way the stone hit. It won't get bigger, and I'm happy to take your money, but you will always see it". WOW, hard to beat that for honesty! I elected to have him go ahead and do the quick fill repair which he did. Frankly, it looks better than it did, even though it is still visible, just not as visible. He did a good job, I appreciated his honesty and I drove away a satisfied customer. I had Clear View fix my 09 Escape's right rear door window motor about 2-3 yrs ago and had no issues. Called the other day for a quote for the same vehicle's left window motor. The employee stated that i would have to come in for an estimate. I asked again if she would just quote me a price for the repair/install and she refused. Took my business elsewhere. I have noticed lately that businesses just don't want my money. read more

They had a great opportunity to not receive but 3 stars for dropping my appointment and not having my glass in and then quoting me more than originally quoted. BUT, learning there was unexpected personnel turnover and the owner's mother was working in the office to cover down just goes to show how much they do love their company and their customers. Mrs. Williams and Regina worked to honor the original quote and get me in the next day. I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was very pleasant. The guys in the shop noticed a flaw in the original installation (rain sensor) and informed me about it. I like being educated about work done to my car. The price is right and they do have weekend hours. They have a first come first serve on Saturday. I got there before 8 (opening) and they actually didn't just stare at me through a closed door until 8. I went into the office around 7:40 and was able to make sure they had all my information and I was on my way. In less than an 1.5 hours I had a call that my car was ready. I had the windshield in this car replaced by a national competitor and I will tell you their glass, workmanship and warranty is not worth it. All the people were very nice to deal with. I hope I don't have another cracked windshield but if I do I know where I will be coming. read more

While out of town, my SUV was broken into. It was on a Sunday and no none was open. Well, today I contacted Clear View and the lady knew who I was and was very pleasant. I was expecting to have my rear passenger side window replaced in a day or two.... no, the person came to my home the same day and the work was amazing!! I was referred to this company by my local Acura dealership Jim Hudson's (Melissa service dept.) approximately 2 months ago. Melissa stated, this company was who they subbed out all the glass repair to. Melissa told me that Clearview was the only company who could re calibrate the computer. I spoke with Regina at Clearview about my windshield. She asked for my vin# and told me she would call back. I didn't hear anything from Regina in a week. So, I placed another call. Regina, mixed up my account. I ended up having to give my vin# again. I was offered a generic and an OEM. I called my insurance company and filed my claim. I had to call Regina back to confirm insurance approval. After confirming, Regina told me that the windshield would take 1-2 weeks to receive. I waited 3 weeks and placed another call because I did not hear back from Regina. I was told by Tim, whom was absolutely clueless about anything, that Regina was on vacation for a week and that she would call me back. Well, again! I never received a call back. So, today I get a call back two weeks after her vacation. She claims she told me in the very beginning Acura would have to fix the windshield because only Acura can recalibrate the computer....This woman, is so unorganized, unprofessional and very untruthful making this company extremely untrustworthy. She also claimed she had called me back several times. So, if she told me from the very beginning that Acura could only fix my windshield, then why would she need to desperately try several times to call me back???? Because she didn't! Very disappointed. Was lied to about replacing the windshield trim in my '07 BMW 550i. The service tech said that he would need to remove the windshield to do the work...which was a total lie. I had already researched how to replace both the front and rear windshield trim and had already bought the trim myself...I just wanted a simple install by what I thought would be "professional" people...needless to say, after the tech began talking about removing my windshield and that by doing so "sometimes" the windshield breaks in the process...I kept it moving. Did the work myself (thank you youtube!) and wouldn't ever consider recommending this company to anyone....I had work done here before.. windshield replacement on my '90 honda accord...so i thought i was dealing with ok people...NOT read more

They replaced the cracked windshield on my 1994 Ford conversion van. It was done on time at very reasonable cost. The administrative assistant was very courteous, both over the phone and in person. The only concern I have is that the ventilation in both the work area and particularly in the waiting area should be better; the adhesives and chemicals they use are very strong. I probably lost more than a few brain cells breathing the fumes, and the folks who work there long term are risking their health. That said, I plan to make an appointment to replace a 2012 Honda Civic windshield, for which they gave me a quote over the phone. I'll just wait for it outside this time. read more
