The paint and body work was so bad and poorly checked over that the truck had to be sent back twice. From paint on the chrome part of the door handles, crooked emblems, dent not being fixed on the initial repair or even in the second (finally fixed on third), fender flair bulging off of the fender, bad orange peel, polish left on the mirror, trash left in the bed of the truck, they took of the bed cover and instead of putting it back on they left it in the bed of the truck. This wasn't a rush job as they had the truck for a month. EVERYONE including the painter, the body repair guy, the person who quality checks it, and the service advisor Christopher should all be fired. I've had quite a few cars repaired (unfortunately) and this has hands down been the worse experience, and poorest quality work I have ever seen.

Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. The two women that work the counter are super rude and pretty much said I'm completely on my own and they don't care despite the fact that the car was fine when I dropped it off. I made an appointment for the next day. At the appointment, they explained that the repairs do not end up like the commercials. They can possibly spread during the sealing process. The process took about 30 minutes. It is not common to have repair shops tell you about problems that could happen during repairs. It is a good value to repair the windshield for about 10% of the replacement costs. For about 10% more, they will come to your car and do the work.

They returned with corrrect rear window and did a lousy job. Left broken glass all over the place. Put the rear windshield wiper upside down. OK. Did not show up. I called they said the service agent called me and said he was cancelling appointment. I explained I received a text message confirming appointment the rep said didn't matter and I would have to schedule a new appointment, the rep was crude and rude. They are a complete clown show.
