Communication was excellent and was accommodating to my location and kept be updated on their arrive. I was never left standing and waiting for their arrival. Upon looking at my windshield, Derek the technician, told me honestly on some of my other cracks were unrepairable, which was an honest assessment where I felt other technician would have tried and failed to repair the chip and bill me for their failed work. I highly recommend their service for going out of their way in meeting me and scheduling the service. After talking with the technician, the company does glass work for homes and other equipment. I will definitely call them back for future service.

I told them I would assume all risks to change it and again they refused. Now if the leak was that bad there should be indications where I park and there aren't any. After I left without an oil change I went to take 5 oil change, where they not only changed my oil but said that there was a leak but was not as bad as I was led to believe. Cost was $100.50 total this date, July 2021. They WERE thorough during my stay, and prompt in all aspects, pointing out other aspects of car maintenance, like tires, brakes. Next time I think I'll shop around for better oil change price.

I made an appointment for the next day. At the appointment, they explained that the repairs do not end up like the commercials. They can possibly spread during the sealing process. The process took about 30 minutes. It is not common to have repair shops tell you about problems that could happen during repairs. It is a good value to repair the windshield for about 10% of the replacement costs. For about 10% more, they will come to your car and do the work.

Moved from CA to SC 5 years ago. Used safelite in CA and they were fine…read more Replaced rear window here is SC a year ago, showed up with wrong window. No problem these things happen. They returned with corrrect rear window and did a lousy job. Left broken glass all over the place. Put the rear windshield wiper upside down. OK. Had to replace front windshield, called my insurance agent and sent Safelite again and they agreed to fix wiper. I said, let's get it done, they confirmed their appointment with electronic messaging. Did not show up. I called they said the service agent called me and said he was cancelling appointment. I explained I received a text message confirming appointment the rep said didn't matter and I would have to schedule a new appointment, the rep was crude and rude. They are a complete clown show. Went to a local repair shop, night and day difference. The repaired the rear wiper and said there was no charge for the repair. DO NOT USE SAFELITE!! Local shop was the same price (no cost in my case) great job, polite and courteous. TG
