Now they expect me to pay for another eye exam and purchase new lenses -- which would likely cost me another $800 -- just to fix an issue that may have been their mistake in the first place. For a business that charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Instead, I feel like they only care about getting paid, not about whether their customers can actually see properly. I would not recommend Elio's Optical to anyone.

Dr Teri Rose was a poor listener, did not take the time to understand what I was requesting. When I had difficulty with the glasses, she replied with what felt like an accusation that I had elective surgery to have mono-vision. I reminded her that I had a hereditary eye disease and that this had not been elective surgery. My new optometrist informed me that the driving glasses they prescribed should never have been selected for mono-vision. When I request a refund, Gould Vision never returned my call. If I had to guess, I'd say that Dr Rose hates her job, dislikes working with people, and regrets her career choice.
