There had not been any weather or wind to cause this - it just happened. And it had not been that way when we he left for work in the morning. I took a photo and entered a request into Yelp asking for estimates for the roof repair. Timeless Exteriors was one of the first to respond. They were able to come to the house pretty quickly and assess the problem. It was not something that could be immediately fixed, so they promised to send an estimate the following day. As promised, we received the quote and scheduled the work. Timeless Exteriors communicated well, showed up as promised and finished the work in a timely fashion. We were charged as quoted. They did a nice job in the fix and we would hire them again. But hopefully that won't be necessary any time soon. Highly recommend.

Aaron will work with you along the way and listen to you and also make great suggestions to help you navigate the project. When we had all of that rain with flooding he was coming over and checking the patio and dry rock bed to ensure it was not retaining water. We did have some low laying areas in the backyard that did flood so after the rain, Aaron added extra soil to help even out the yard. There is not much Aaron cannot help you with. Old deck only supported by concrete blocks that were dug out by hand, now supported in concrete as it should have been. Their attention do detail is exceptional! We were so happy with the finished product that we decided to remodel our second bathroom too. Since we were introduced to McCarty Customized in 2020, they have remodeled 2 bathrooms, drywalled walls and ceiling of the entire 2nd floor, complete gut kitchen remodel, tear-down of an existing screened-in porch, complete build of 400 square foot addition, installed LVP flooring throughout the entire 1st floor, new roof, new gutters and siding, and I'm sure I'm forgetting about something. There is no part of our home that they haven't touched. I could not be happier with this company. They are incredibly responsive, which is not easy to come by in this industry. That company contracted with McCarty Customized Improvements to repair the siding for me. My siding is from 2006 so it is faded by the sun and probably not in production anymore. MCI did a great job of finding a suitable match in shape and texture and was able to color match paint so that the new piece blends in with the existing siding.

Premier Asphalt and Concrete, in our experience, was disappointing after our driveway was poured…read more During our initial interaction, they were of course responsive. We are, however, disappointed by the lack of responses to inquiries about some visibly poor workmanship at the entry/approach. My husband reached out to Gary a couple of times. He responded to texts but no site visit to address what is poor workmanship. We understood the curing process would take time, however the disappointing workmanship near the entry has not been addressed. For these reasons, we would not recommend and, can't undo our decision to go with a different contractor that did a neighbor's driveway. Very unfortunate since pre-job (contract phase) they're on point. Post job....very disappointing The "splatter" along the edge of the approach is not a good look. This isn't a curing issue, this is poor workmanship that's not going away. Was hoping it would be addressed and possibly correctable so reached out early on. The 2nd pic with straw is nearly 4 weeks later. Again, that's not a curing issue. The opposite side is smooth. That gray messy "splatter" is not good!
