First the technician spent 2 hrs outside claiming that he could fix the problem that way. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste.
