Absolutely useless! The receptionist was lost which was the first sign of the level of care you may get. The medical assistant was pleasant which was the only respectable part of my visit. I have a severe sinus infection and my throat feels like its on fire! Coughing up the grossest mucus which confirms I need antibiotics. I am left with well we can't do that, for now go home take over the counter meds and steam showers. I feel like death and that's your suggestion Dr Google! Don't waste your time here! read more

I recently moved here and my daughter's pediatrician hasn't been changed yet. Its the first time my 1 year old has been sick. Me and her were showing symptoms of a cold/possibly Covid. The front staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Got seen within 10 minutes of checking in, we had a lovely nurse and PA. They definitely were very thorough and kind. Most of these bad reviews are during Covid when healthcare was in shambles. I'll keep coming back here :) read more

Not a fan. We made an appointment (to skip the line) so we can try to get in and hopefully get out fairly quickly. We waited 45 minutes in the waiting area, then we got called in the exam room and the RN did their thing with the vitals and said they will get the nurse to look at everything further... Waited about another 45 minutes for a less than 5 minute exam and was getting the RN to schedule an x-ray. Then had waited for 30 minutes to get an x-ray. Not sure which place is worse, this urgent care or the pet hospital in Manchester. Feels like they are owned by the same people. Better off calling your doctor or going to the emergency room (less wait). read more

This location just opened a minute down the road for us. My neighbor went yesterday with her husband and daughter because they all had strep, she said it took forever with only one person in front of them. Well, today on the 4th. My daughter was complaining of her ears hurting so I instead of driving 15 minutes to Bedford, I said I'll just go to the Goffstown one since there was NO ONE there. We were taken right in, the process was a bit long. The assistants husband stopped in to bring the np and front desk guy coffee, which was all great, until it took FOREVER for the nurse to come in. He was busy chatting with the husband. After he said she had an ear infection he said he'd be back with the prescription. Well that took another 10 minutes because he went BACK to talk with the ladies husband. I definitely won't return to this location, which is definitely a bummer as it's literally right down the street. read more

Do NOT go here if you need care. My grandson sat for 3 hours in his car with a bad ear infection and ended up leaving. He was told when he got there it would be about an hour so he went back to his car. He went in two more times when he was not being called and all they said was we're just busy . There was only 2 cars in the parking lot ! After 3 hours he finally just left and went to Urgent Care in Bedford and was seen right away. They could have told him right away if there was an emergency patient and recommended another facility but NO they just kept putting him off. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would! They turned away my two teens last night who have been exposed. I needed to call to give consent since they are 17. Well... 4 phone calls and transfers and disconnects later the kids sat for 2 hours to be turned away because they close at 5. Way to spread covid if they test positive elsewhere! Went today for a rapid COVID test. Zero signage about the number to call to announce your arrival, just "wait in the parking lot". Completely disorganized during check-in process. Waited over an hour to get into a room. Was not told I would have to pay out of pocket for a COVID test, a sheet was left on the counter with the price, so while I was waiting I called my insurance company, who said that COVID testing would be covered under my insurance. The care staff, who did not introduce themselves or provide their credentials, when I asked about insurance coverage, became argumentative and said that insurance will cover the $139 visit, but "insurances do not pay for COVID testing" which is false. Appears to me that they are more concerned about financial gain than patient care. read more

I went to get a COVID test made an appointment, waited for two hours. Finally completed the test they said here check this app to get your results in 2-3 days 10 days later no results called the office they were rude and not helpful. Emailed the Quest several times received a computer generated response. No customer service contact available. Had to cancel my procedure that I need to have done. Avoid this place!!! read more

After an hour of waiting and people coming in after me and going ahead of me, I left. I had a left swollen leg and a heart condition. This failed to register with the young woman behind the counter. They really don't care. This is sad, because CMC overall is a wonderful hospital. A friend of mine had a triple bypass there and they saved his life. I went elsewhere. read more

Went there today with a severely twisted ankle and broken Foot they looked up my insurance which is Ambetter and said I was not active there called it Medicaid which it's not I pay for it I called insurance they said it was active they out right refused service and sent me crawling back out the door my with my foot turning blue Last time I went there last year they took my insurance and checked an ear ache and squirted water in my ear and ruptured my ear drum and cost lots of money to fix this place is 100 percent example of what's wrong with health care today i will cut off my own leg off weather than go back to these evil hacks read more

I went to this walk on recently. They were quick and Very Nice, which means so much to me when I'm sick... They are very thorough and even had a x-ray machine there. Other walk ins I've been to have not. I ended up needing to go to the hospital by ambulance but they are it all up for me and could not have been more helpful!!! read more

I just moved here and did not have a pediatrician for my 17 m/o daughter. She was feeling ill all day so I decided to take her into a walk in clinic to just get checked out. They turned me away...told me to take her to the hospital. I understand the whole COVID situation...but urgent care is URGENT CARE not a testing facility. How can you turn away a sick baby?!? I was disgusted and so upset. Not to mention the nurse who sat herself at the door to stop people from coming in was insanely rude. Don't go here. The other reviews about the attitude and rudeness in this place is very true. read more

I had to make a rather unexpected trip to Urgent care earlier this week, turns out I had Epididymitis (I'll let you guys look that one up), it's basically just a minor bacterial infection. Anyway, the service I received from this urgent care was easily the best I've ever had. It was first thing in the morning after they opened and they greeted me with a smile and were extremely patient and explained everything that was going on with my body in a way that I could easily understand. They made me feel extremely relaxed and at home which is rare for being in a doctors office. Unfortunately I had to go to the ER because they didn't have the ultra sound equipment at their location, so they called the hospital I was going to and let them know I was coming and gave them all the info from my visit so that my time spent in the hospital would be significantly less than if I had just showed up there. I would recommend this service to anyone... perfect 10/10. read more
