This customer service experience was like nothing I have ever had the pleasure of receiving in the Houston area that's for sure. Michael is very professional, personable and took care of business rapidly to resolve a complex and time limited storage issue. He was also available the next day, on his day off, to assist the employee that was present as needed. Kenzie was manning the desk the day I arrived and their handling of my storage needs was consistent. They communicated with each other very well. Because of Michael's professionalism along with that of the other employees at this location, I will never utilize another storage facility in this area.
