    Ladies Ladder

I love the owners, I love the people, and I think they keep getting better and better! The ladies ladders are a blast! And I appreciate the low cost here!

I visited this place while I was on vacation in Orlando and it was a good time! I went on the advanced night (4.0+) and the only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars is I think sometimes peoples self assessment of their skill is off. Some of the people attending were closer to 3.5, and I was hoping to get more 4.5/higher level play. But all in all, it was a good time! Only annoying thing was the balls constantly rolling on my court from elsewhere and having to redo points!

This indoor pickleball facility is not just for rainy days! They have a vibrant pickleball community from beginners to 5.0 plus. Gary at the front desk will help you to find which session suits you best. Tony G is one of the best instructors out there (if you can find when he has an opening) and & @cliffpickleball does a wonderful job on YouTube promoting the sport . https://youtu.be/wnoCWgHO3Mo?si=GiYx7_eOD1gxDiGU No monthly membership required. Plenty of drop in sessions offered. They even have their own app so you can reserve your spot. Badminton is also available at this venue. Highly recommend (Only con is that courts are close together)

Visiting from Central Florida over the holiday and found a place to play Pickleball. We loved the facility, super friendly staff and lots of courts to play on. The locals were great and we got in 5 different sets with a variety of players. We loved the vibe of the place, drinks, food and even some corn hole. We will be sure to visit again in the near future, maybe even try the badminton courts this time. Bonus feature it's indoors and air conditioned, being from California this made it much more pleasant. The humidity would have killed us!

This warehouse sport center is made for badminton. The got the ceiling painted black for easy to locate the shuttlecock on the midair. The only bad thing about this gym is they use the rubble mat which wrinkles on the edge. I like the friction of the mat for any traction with shoe bottoms wear out. The lighting of the gym is good. You don't see light in the mid of court. It has high enough ceiling for the games. This facility is climate control and ease for the hot weather of Florida. The gym sell some badminton equipment. If you forget something and you can buy it there. The gym also offer table tennis and picker ball. It increase the regular visit and membership. The session included drop in session to play any players who are there. They also offer private and group lessons. If you want to hold special event, you can rent the court.

Great place to play indoors in Orlando. They also are home to the best coaches in the area. There are 6 pickleball courts and 7 badminton courts.

There are 8 pickleball courts total, and they're divided by skill level, which makes a huge difference in play quality: First 3 courts (far left): Beginner courts Middle 3 courts: Intermediate play Last 2 courts (far right): Challenge courts The challenge courts run winner-stays-on, so it's always 2 on / 2 off. If you plan on playing there, you'll want to be around a 3.75 DUPR or higher to really enjoy it--and I highly recommend bringing a partner. The competition is legit, fast-paced, and not very forgiving for casual drop-ins. There's also 1 tennis court, and all the pickleball courts have lights, which makes evening play possible and popular. Timing matters a lot here: Best weekday time: around 4:00 PM By 6:30 PM, it can get extremely busy--sometimes to the point where wait times are so long that you won't get much actual play in. Overall, if you're serious about pickleball and want structured, competitive games, Cady Way is a great spot. Just know your skill level, pick the right courts, and time your visit wisely.

When I cancelled, I spoke with Mark Vassallo, who told me I would be charged for February and could use the gym through the end of the month or roughly early March. I accepted that and considered the matter resolved. For context, the last time I actually used the gym was January 19, and when I cancelled I had no intention of using the facility again. However, after cancelling I was still charged multiple times: * $148.04 on February 3 for membership dues * Another fee on February 17 * Another $148.04 membership charge on March 3 That March 3 charge should never have happened, and I am currently disputing it. Even more troubling, when I went back to the gym to address this issue I was given a "cancellation document" that I had never seen before. On February 1 I did not sign any documents and was not given any paperwork. The document I received later contains a signature that is supposed to be mine, but it is clearly not my signature. It appears that my signature was forged on the document, and the other signature on that form belongs to Mark Vassallo, the same employee I dealt with. When I asked Mark for his business card so I could document the interaction, he refused to provide it. Because of this situation I have now filed formal complaints with: * Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (Consumer Protection) * Florida Attorney General's Office * Federal Trade Commission I have also disputed the March 3 charge with my credit card company. While researching this issue, I noticed that many other reviews mention similar billing and cancellation problems, which suggests this may be a pattern. Beyond the billing issues, the overall environment at the gym was also disappointing. Many members and trainers frequently stand around talking while blocking machines and even exits, and I've seen kids running around the weights area, which is unsafe when people are lifting. Between the billing practices, the forged cancellation document, and the poor gym etiquette, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a fitness club. I strongly recommend that management address these issues immediately.
