Everything went smoothly the machine worked great, and now it's beeping saying we need tech support. We called and were told it was a filter and would cost $650 to replace. I have never heard of anyone having to get the filter replaced within 2 years. When looking online most filters cost between $30-$50 and most service calls are only $150. The problem is, this company sells you a system that only they can service. There are no manuals online on how to fix anything yourself and other plumbers or repair men have never seen this system before. To top it off there is no serial number or anything to help identify the system. So the company has made it so they can only fix it and charge you whatever they want too. This is extortion! I do NOT recommend this company under any circumstances unless you like to over pay. And when you do agree to be a sucker and for them to fix it they tell you when they will be there and then never show. It's been 2 months and I still haven't had anyone show up yet. DO NOT USE!!!!

Updated on November 30, 2019 We spoke with Dan (CEO) about our troubles with the previous sales representative who no longer works for them. He was concerned about our experience and the way we were treated. Like the professional he is, he addressed our concerns and restored our trust in not only their brand but their reputation. You claim I had the service for a year for maintenance. My reverse osmosis stopped working DURING the year of service. Next day tech called to say they finished the job before mine early and asked if they could come early. Got here and quickly diagnosed the problem I identified (dripping shut off valve) but also found a much larger problem (leaking supply line to the house). He gave me individual quotes for the repairs. I authorized both on his cell phone and asked him to replace an additional spigot on the other side of the house. All three repairs were complete in under 3 hours, including the time it took for him to go buy parts. I don't know if the prices were competitive, but they seemed current economy fair to me. Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again whenever I need plumbing work!
