This place is such a scam. I was a client here 2 years ago and was told I had to come in every 3 months for my laser hair appointment. If you do not know, your hair cycle takes at least 4 weeks and that is the best time to receive laser. My hair never went away and I felt like we were getting no where. The laser was also very inconsistent with some days being more painful than others. Do not go here it is a scam!!! I spent so much money to get no where. I went to Milan (so much more professional) and they told me they recently received many clients from this establishment with the same complaints!!! read more

Clearstone Laser is the best laser clinic I've ever been to & I have tried many. They use the YAG laser machine and the results are great in addition to the cooling system which is a big plus. She walked and talked me through the entire process and prepared me in the beginning before we started as of what to expect. I will come see her again in six weeks and I highly recommend Anita. I had my first treatment yesterday for my lip and chin and made my follow up appointment. Great friendly staff! Very professional and quick! I was in and out in about 20 minutes. It only took that long because I had to fill out some forms so my next visit should be even quicker. The treatment was an experience. It didn't hurt too bad but it was uncomfortable at times but it was so quick the pinching/needle sensation didn't last long. Can't wait to see the results next time. Very happy customer. read more

I've been going here a few months now & have nothing but good things to say. Not only is it super easy to get an appointment (even a day before I want to get in), but the pricing is very reasonable & flexible. I was going to another local business that was charging me $80 for a small area on my face, but it's half that at Clearstone & they've done little spot treatments and had flexible pricing on that. Whereas at the other place I was going they would have charged the full amount for that (Faces, etc. on 518 ). They also had a sale package I purchased today that would have cost me triple at other places. I should add that the interior is extremely clean too, which is always a plus. No extra knick knacks around that they try to sell you (lol). read more

I've never had laser hair removal of any sort until today and the experience was great!! The office was super clean, well decorated, and comfortable. I was able to make a same-day appointment! After filling out paperwork, I was taken right back to the treatment room -- also super clean. The process was thoroughly explained and I was able to ask any questions. I was really comfortable and the procedure itself (underarms) took less than 5 minutes altogether. Didn't really hurt but felt exactly as described (like a rubber band snap). But I was assured that if I needed a break, they could even dial down the machine. I also used a Groupon -- I know sometimes offices aren't as kind or don't treat you as well when you use a Groupon, but I wanted to test out the process before lasering any other body parts. They were just as nice and understanding! I highly recommend Clearstone and really look forward to my next session! read more

I have been looking for good promotions and reliable locations for laser hair removal and I found Clearstone MedSpa through Groupon with a great offer and good reviews. My husband and I had our underarm first session back on May (out of six) and we have seen so far great improvements. The technicians were very helpful and explained the whole process prior our treatments and the time apart in between every session (which is ten weeks). The location is immaculate and very modern. They have refreshments and magazines on hand, even though the waiting time is minimal. I would recommend this place to friends and family members.
