Their reds (wine) are definitely a better selection than their white. Though they do have some decent Chablis. Their white are ok...lots of new world pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Lots of Sauvignon Blanc but from the new world such as New Zealand. They have very little Sancerre (Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley). An ok selection of Riesling, most of it is sweet but Riesling can also be bone dry and I didn't see any of that. No Chenin Blanc either. When it comes to dessert wines, they have sweet Moscato but not really anything from a producer to brag about. They have only really expensive Port or really cheap Tawny Port. I wish and I mean WISH they would carry some Sauternes (dessert wine only made in france). They have 2 Passito wine (sweet wine from Italy) One was good Donnafugata Ben Rye which was out of my price range and the other was a Trebbiano based Vin Santo (which is also good though not as good as the other one.) I really need to talk about the service here. I REALLY REALLY REALLY think they don't know what they have. I bought a DOC Sicilian Carricante which I was expecting to pay a bit for but they only charged me 6.99 for that bottle which confused me and I double checked to make sure I picked the right one. I mean it's great that I got a good steal but that bottle should have costed me (and goes retail) for around 35-40 dollars. I know you're thinking why I'm complaining but it would be nice with a better selection and if they knew what they had but HEY if you wanna sell me 40$ bottle for 7 bucks. I'm all for it. They should learn at least basic wine terms. I did happen to buy a beautiful châteauneuf-du-pape though, and the price was right. But Please Please Please get in some Sauternes. I'm not asking for a Chateau D'Yquem (since I can't afford it anyway) but a decent well fair priced one would do just fine. That's all I'm going to say.

Me being friendly I say something to the man behind the counter like "hey, how's it going?" or something close to that. He barely glimpses at me. Ok, no biggie... I grab my bottle in like two seconds. He scans it. I enter my card & pay. I say "thanks a lot man. Take care, have a good one..." again something along those lines. Nothing. No thank you. Not a blink. Nothing. Now I understand life can be less then great. Especially now with the world the way it's been the past year, but when you run a business & someone is spending their hard earned money in your establishment a little bit of common curiosity can go a long way. I mean at least say you're welcome. I highly doubt I'll ever shop there again.

Very quickly and without hesitation he pointed at two separate areas. I went to the first nearest area that he pointed and I immediately got the Vodka that I am looking for, the staff was on point, I went to the second area that he pointed, and Wella!! All the Pinot noir are there. I bought a Pinnacle vodka and a Woodbridge Pinot noir. I like this place, the staff knows his business, the store looks organized as proven by the staff who knows where the wines are. Good liquor shop, they have people familiar with the practices and principles in the purchase of goods and services. Prices are fair. I got in and out in no time. I commend the staff of this shop for being hospitable and being efficient.

I bought a 22 oz Miller High Life. Not an exceptional beer, granted, but it will give you what you want after a bit of a sweat. UNLESS, it is stale. I took two sips I could not continue. I gave it to a homeless alcoholic outside my building. He spat it out and cursed me out. How long has this can been in inventory? Tasted like years. It's not wine. beer gets profoundly worse with age. Kissena Bev is not air conditioned. That beer outside the cold case is being degraded sitting in the heat. No excuse for selling STALE beer, poor knowledge of their product and lack of proper handling. None.

The desk where the device was where you use your card and then put you pin into was in the front of the store. After flashing my card over the device and then putting in my pin number i glanced above me. Not four feet above me was a camera that was pointed down on the counter. It recorded both my number off my debit card and my pin number that I manually put into the device. Since no one was around me at that time I didn't think that I should need to be careful when putting my Pin number into the device. When I asked the owner why a camera was recording at such a close proximity she told me it was to record cash transactions. I then told her that it was also recording both my debit card number and my pin number. She told me the camera would not be able to see my numbers. I then informed her that I am an electrician. That I have installed many cameras in the past and know that a camera four feet away can see every detail. She then got defensive and started raising her voice. I went home and cancelled my card. Now I have to wait a week for the bank to send me a new one. Will absolutely never go to this store again !!!

Location: In a strip mall called Elechester. Lots of parking available. Interior: The store is brightly lit, clean, open, organized and the staff is friendly. I love when I go into a liquor store, can touch things and not need to shout what I want through 3 inches of bulletproof glass and give them turn by turn directions to locate a bottle of alcohol! I also love when I'm not followed around like I'm the type of low life to steal! (Maybe I should stop drinking...) They let me frolic about the store unencumbered and even made some small talk with me at checkout. Double points for chatting me up! Hours of service: They typically close at 10:30 but if it's bad weather call to verify. Overall: I'd come back here when I'm in the area. The prices are comparable to what I usually pay. Staff is helpful and knows their merchandise. I like the seasonal special wines at the end of the year, that I find there. I really appreciate the organic wine for gifts. I was even able to get a ginger wine from England that I like. There's a parking lot for shoppers with free parking. They always carry my case out to my car for me, as I like to buy a case for the holidays. This is a nice touch of customer service. One time I was short on gift bags and they helped me with those as well. Recommended any time of the year but my go to spot for Christmas/ New Years.
