Kolton has just taken over the business. He answered the phone when I called and even texted me when our call got dropped. The communication was excellent. He also called when he was on the way to let me know what time to expect him. He came out the same day for my emergency and spent the whole day fixing the problem. He was honest, forthright, and very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and came up with ideas to fix the problem so that it wouldn't be a recurring issue. He was also up front about the cost and told me exactly what he was doing. I like strong communication when I am having work done at my house and Kolton provided that. We had a recent septic back up and Ed Gladden was the one who responded the same day and worked well into the evening to help us out of our problem. He not only pumped the tank but also found a problem between the tank and distribution box to the drain field and replaced a collapsed pipe. Friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. I am very, VERY disappointed in this company and their professionalism... we had a beautiful, smooth yard that was super easy to mow on. Now after Ed Gladin and his workers did the installation of our new septic, we are left with a rough, bumpy, and a bunch of 6" deep holes spanning several feet wide.. Not only that, but this work was supposed to be done in June-July 2020 but it took them until October of 2020 to do it!! When we contacted Ed Gladin about when they were going to come fill our yard with dirt to finish the work, he repeatedly hung up on my husband and I and never gave us a call back after 10-20 times of calling. After all this, he finally told us it was our problem and we need to fix it ourselves. Thank you for messing up our yard at our NEW home. Do you like the grading of your yard? If your yard is even remotely level and smooth, I highly recommend calling anyone else. Ed Gladwin replaced the septic and tail lines for our home. Our yard previously had a nice, smooth, level front yard. We now have pot holes over 6" deep. It's like rock climbing trying to mow now. A yard that is now hard to even walk through with rocks left on the surface bigger than 12" wide. Not even close to the same grading as before. They completely destroyed our yard. Even better? Ed Gladwin told us to f*** off and "sue him" when we simply asked him to return and finish the job. We'll now have to spend thousands to fix the grading of our yard. A sink hole measuring 8" deep above the new septic tank and the entire yard being left uneven throughout. Do you like companies that are punctual? Might as well look elsewhere for that as well. Over 8 months to get these guys out only to provide half horse work. Do you like companies that'll call you back? Good luck with Ed Gladwin. Not only will he not answer, he won't respond. Voicemail? Forget that. It's full. When he did answer, he would either answer and not say anything or promptly hang up. What a child. ZERO STAR. You'll end up thousands more than quoted with thousands in grading left to do. read more

Found Ed and Scotty when I was very frustrated with my search for someone to improve the configuration of my sewer lines. They not only returned my call, they came out that day and I had a very reasonable estimate in just a few days.
