Since moving in, we have smelled a strong septic odor. We have repeatedly tried to contact Rapid Router to no avail as they signed off on the inspection. Finally asked our realtor to contact Dan as he would not return our calls. My husband spoke to Dan and he stated he would be out at our home on Tuesday 12/15. A crew of three men showed up at our home today, 12/14, looked under the house and used the camera on the line again. They told my husband that the odor was coming from the roof vents. One of the men gave my husband a bill for $150.00. When my husband explained that they had just inspected the line last month, the employee told my husband to forget the charge and asked if he wanted his check back. My husband told him he hadn't given him a check so the employee told my husband to forget the bill. Four hours later, Dan calls me and tells me we still owe the $150.00 and if I don't pay it, he is going to put a lien on our home. He also stated that he didn't want to talk to me. ?? With all the businesses available , I would recommend using a company that treats you with respect and appreciates your business- that is NOT Rapid Router.
