Their website evidently is confusing or just down right misleading because I intended to pay for a…read moreone time service for my 86 year old mother. I specifically said that I did not want any sort of Auto Renewal. They have been charging me $19.99/month now since the service back in April. The girl said that I "chose" the lower rate that came with the yearly membership. So essentially I have to pay $19.99 a month for a year for the simple service call to help my mom with her modem. I looked on the Better Business Bureau site and they had tons of similar complaints. I would recommend using someone else!!

When their service is good, it's very good. When the service is bad, it sucks…read more I had a tech here on Monday of THIS week. I had asked for the appointment LAST MONDAY. On top of that, the REASON I need a tech to come back is that the LAST ONE DIDN'T FINISH THE WORK. Instead of just taking my word for it, they're stalling. I'm supposed to consult the "manufacturer." WHICH manufacturer? The one for Xfinity's equipment? Hewlett-Packar? Apple? THAT IS NOT MY JOB. For a company that boasts about its customer service, there's precious little of it. Then, there's the whole thing about WHO shows up. When they sent someone a few weeks ago, he arrived wearing camouflage from head to toe and had a long KNIFE strapped to one thigh. I looked at his profile on FB. What I saw there did NOT make me feel better. Overall, I'm extremely unimpressed. If you have another option, take it. I'm still waiting for someone to follow up on my last call, and it's been over a month ago.
