My siblings and I have been scouring the web for bike to get our Father. We found one we liked on Craigslist which happened to be being sold here at Motorado inLakewood, Colorado. So I called them up to see if I could get some info on the bike. I live in California and wanted the purchase the bike there since that is were my dad lived. Zach called me back the very next business day. I missed his call and was connected with Chance. Both these guys are just ridiculously helpful. They BOTH went above and beyond to answer the slur of ridiculous questions I had about the bikes I had in question and help guide me to choose the perfect bike for my dad. They send me pictures and videos and gave me every little detail knowing that I could not be there myself. I spent nearly 3 days being extremely difficult and both of them were patient, helpful and went above and beyond to exceeded my expectations. I was able to secure the bike sight unseen with out any unreconcilable commitment. They arranged to have my other family members go and pick it up, and even checked in with me on a daily basis for an entire week to make sure things were in order so that the sale would go smoothly. Let me tell you, Buy a bike from a dealer out of state and not being able to there is not easy! But this was seriously the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Beyond that, they promised to take us through the new vehicle upon drop off but the transport guy said he'd never dropped one of these off and practically tore open the hood looking for the battery I later found out was behind the seats. They lied to us that they did the first major service and not until we asked for an owner's manual and proof they did the service that they sent the transport guy back out to get it to actually perform this service(fingers crossed) then redeliver it to us - this time with a manual so we could teach ourselves about the ATV they sold us. Can't recommend these guys to make your investment with.

Lately, it's always a "I'm sorry man we don't have it" even with parts as simple as...wheel bearings, clutch levers, shock bushings, and today...the final straw...clutch springs..... I'm tired. I just want a motorcycle shop that caters to the real moto head. The dude who's riding every day and needs his shop to be there when the dust settles. And it's clear, that is not Motobreck. If you want to be sold a UTV or side by side, by all means, step inside. But if you're looking for REAL enthusiasts that care about your seat time....keep searching
