My siblings and I have been scouring the web for bike to get our Father. We found one we liked on Craigslist which happened to be being sold here at Motorado inLakewood, Colorado. So I called them up to see if I could get some info on the bike. I live in California and wanted the purchase the bike there since that is were my dad lived. Zach called me back the very next business day. I missed his call and was connected with Chance. Both these guys are just ridiculously helpful. They BOTH went above and beyond to answer the slur of ridiculous questions I had about the bikes I had in question and help guide me to choose the perfect bike for my dad. They send me pictures and videos and gave me every little detail knowing that I could not be there myself. I spent nearly 3 days being extremely difficult and both of them were patient, helpful and went above and beyond to exceeded my expectations. I was able to secure the bike sight unseen with out any unreconcilable commitment. They arranged to have my other family members go and pick it up, and even checked in with me on a daily basis for an entire week to make sure things were in order so that the sale would go smoothly. Let me tell you, Buy a bike from a dealer out of state and not being able to there is not easy! But this was seriously the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Anyways, I ended up buying a used bike in Denver, so I brought it in to these guys to change the jet and look the bike over They ended up doing that, changing the fork seals (which definitely were leaking), and replacing the oil, for a good price but more impressively all three guys stayed over 45 minutes late on their Friday in order to get it done, so I could ride all weekend. I didn't even press them, they just got it done cause they could tell I was pumped to get out there and practice. I've never had better service at a garage or a dealership and I haven't even bought a vehicle from them yet. Because of these guys im having fun tomorrow. Thanks again Oh yeah they do certified vin inspections for around twenty bucks too if you need your trailer inspected before getting license plates, state patrol only does it once a month, might help someone else out there

What wasn't great was the lack of attention the sales staff gave to critical details of our investment. We definitely felt the turn and burn of sales handing us off to the people who actually knew these details but we didn't find any of this out til after they'd ran our credit and were deep into the paperwork. Beyond that, they promised to take us through the new vehicle upon drop off but the transport guy said he'd never dropped one of these off and practically tore open the hood looking for the battery I later found out was behind the seats. They lied to us that they did the first major service and not until we asked for an owner's manual and proof they did the service that they sent the transport guy back out to get it to actually perform this service(fingers crossed) then redeliver it to us - this time with a manual so we could teach ourselves about the ATV they sold us. Lately, it's always a "I'm sorry man we don't have it" even with parts as simple as...wheel bearings, clutch levers, shock bushings, and today...the final straw...clutch springs..... I'm tired. I just want a motorcycle shop that caters to the real moto head. The dude who's riding every day and needs his shop to be there when the dust settles. And it's clear, that is not Motobreck.
