2013 Triumph Tiger 800 loaded up and ready to ride.

I decided to go on a 2500 mile trip to California and back. I have a Ninja 400 but realized rather quickly that I'd need a bigger, more comfortable bike to make it that far. So I began my hunt for bike #2. Motorado caught my attention. I'm not a fan of hidden fees at dealerships, but Motorado is "what you see is what you get." I went down to look at a Triumph Tiger 800. I talked with an associate, who was genuine, kind and knowledgeable. He told me that Motorado is a third party that helps individuals sell their bikes. I had several questions, which he did a great job answering. The sales associate mentioned some of the maintenance that Triumphs need every 12k miles. We both realized the bike was at 24k and that it probably needed a bit of work before a long trip (including a new back tire). In an effort to help offset some of the maintenance cost they lowered the price for me, set me up with their mechanic at Imperial Sportsbike and got me on my way. 2500 miles later and I'm in love with the bike. It reliably withstood altitude changes, weather patterns and took me through mountains, deserts, rain and shine. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a bike or want to trade up, I highly recommend Motorado. I know I'll be back to expand my collection.

What a seamless process. Great and friendly staff- excellent customer service. Would recommend 10/10 to someone looking for a great bike.

From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.

I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday for a scheduled Thursday service to address an oil change,…read morecooling issues, and a noticeable thud/clunk in the front steering under braking. I received no updates or communication, so when I picked it up the following Monday, I assumed the work had been completed. At pickup, the staff experience was disappointing. The person who was supposed to assist me appeared to be on lunch and acted inconvenienced. After pulling up my account, he simply stated that the bike needed a head bearing and then said nothing further. There was no prior call to authorize this, and no attempt to explain the diagnosis. I told him that I would have approved the repair if they had contacted me. Instead, I was presented with a $1,000 bill for the service they claimed to have performed. What's most concerning is that no one explained what was done regarding the overheating issue--or if anything was done at all. Based on the lack of communication and the fact that the bike began overheating again on the ride home, I genuinely question whether any meaningful work was performed. It felt like the bike sat for five days with minimal effort beyond an initial diagnostic ride. I was told I could bring the bike back anytime, but given the experience, I declined and mentioned I would take it elsewhere. Later that day, I received a text from the General Manager, Bobby, stating he would speak with the technician and make things right. It has now been over a week with no follow-up. In my view, accountability starts at the top. When management doesn't follow through, it sets the tone for the entire operation. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of communication, transparency, and customer care from start to finish.

I responded with a few basic questions regarding my service experience and could clearly see that my message was read. Despite clearly seeing the message, they still neglected to respond. It is disappointing when a dealership asks for feedback, only to stop communicating when straightforward questions are asked. Communication and follow-through remain a clear issue.
