Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

I went over and met with George who looked at the damage and within 10 minutes I had an estimate. I took my car over to Green Tech on Monday and George told me it would be ready in Thursday. Thursday afternoon, George called me and told me my car was ready. When I picked up my car, the repairs were perfect and my car had been detailed. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will recommend Green Tech Auto Body to family, friends and anybody who asks. If you want prompt, courteous service with the work done right, George and Green Tech Auto Body is the place to go.

They have been consistent with great…read morecommunication and making sure my vehicle was repaired with the right parts and not aftermarket parts. This is important when selling your vehicle or if you are in another accident that it crushes correctly. GT Car Shop puts the customer first and the insurance company 2nd. I have known the owner Kelly for many years and he has shared stories of adjusters trying to cut invoices and asking him to put in junkyard parts and just paint over them. He has told them to take a hike and ordered the OEM parts for the customer instead. They are not on a lot of direct referral lists with insurance companies that required shops to play by their company's rules. They are simply a good, reliable shop that does the job right. They are I-Car certified, so they can communicate easily with any insurance carrier during the repair process. I was an insurance agent for 12 years and know how it works behind the scenes. Insurance companies ask repair shops to pay fees and give them discounts in order to be a part of their referral network. If a situation arises where you need an advocate to get a repair done right, a referral company will likely side with the insurance company because they don't want to lose the account. With a shop outside their "preferred" network, they would argue for you and under the law, make the insurance company pay for your repairs. That's why I keep going back. They are also super friendly and I like their dog.

I have very mixed feelings about GT Car Star…read more To start with the positives, I think they did quality repair work. After my car was hit on the side in an accident, it looked brand new when I got it back. They also cleaned both the interior and exterior before returning it, which was a nice touch and appreciated. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I was never given a clear timeline for the repairs and received very little communication during the nearly two months it took to get my car back. Most updates only came after I repeatedly called and tried to reach someone, and even then the information provided was often vague. My biggest concern, however, was that when I got my car back, I quickly noticed that the emergency cash I keep in the sunglasses compartment was missing. I fully acknowledge that I should have removed valuables from the vehicle, but after the accident I was shaken up and simply wasn't thinking about it. What disappointed me most was not just the missing cash, but the lack of response afterward. I called multiple times, left messages, and even spoke with a technician who said his boss would contact me. I never received a call back. A reputable business should at least address a concern of this nature, even if there is disagreement about what happened. While I'm satisfied with the repair work itself, the lack of communication throughout the process and the complete failure to respond to my concerns afterward left me with a very negative overall experience. I'm not sure whether my experience was influenced by the fact that the repair was handled through insurance rather than being paid out of pocket, but that shouldn't affect the level of customer service a customer receives.

I have a low mileage classic car that I love very very much. A careless driver hit me and I was…read morereally upset. Luckily, that driver had insurance. I didn't want to take my precious car any old place to get the body damage fixed. I did a ton of research to find the right place that could do a fantastic job fixing my car, and would also take the other driver's insurance and make sure that insurance paid for all the work. Quality One Dent had nothing but great reviews so even though it's quite a drive from where I live, I decided to take my car there. It was really easy to schedule and get my car in for an estimate. JP and Danielle were easy to talk to and work with. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. And they appreciated how much I love my car and took care of it for me. Quality One Dent did a phenomenal job fixing my classic car. It had looked great before the other car hit it and I hoped that it would still look great after the repairs. Quality One Dent had to search all over the US for various decals and parts and the car looks brand new instead of a little bit faded, as it had before. I'm very meticulous and have high standards, and I was really pleased to see that they do as well. On top of making the car look better, when they reassembled the body parts, the car actually drove better than it had since I bought it. I'm the 7th owner of the car. When I bought it, it had a few alignment problems which I'd spent a lot of money to try to fix but it was never perfect. And the steering column always vibrated a bit as I was driving. Somehow, after Quality One Dent reassembled the front end, the car drives much more smoothly and the alignment is perfect. So it's more than I expected and I'm overjoyed at the job that they did. They took the time to match the paint perfectly. I learned that the antique decals had taken a lot of time and patience to remove properly without damaging the body. They got it all right and the car looks amazing.

While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.
