The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

I was already giving him 5 stars just based on our conversation of him telling me what leaf blower to buy and explaining in detail his whole van setup, what gloves use to clean my gutters and so on. The time we were done talking, 58 minutes passed and I was like damn. Lol. He was able to schedule me in the next day to clean my 20 USA (MERICA!) solar panels at 7:30 A.M. I wanted to clean the gutters so I bought an echo leaf blower after work and cleaned the gutters myself based on Tim telling me echo was a great brand. He was right. First pull out of the box my leaf blower started. Cleaned my gutters within 10 minutes on my 2 story house with ease. Then came the day of. He text me at 7:05 A.M saying he's in route to my location. Perfect . I ran to get a redbull and on the way back home, he was actually in front of me lol. He pulled up exactly at 7:27 A.M on the money. He was very prompt is an understatement. I have a 2 year old Malinois/German Shepherd that greeted him and he was very friendly and petted him and gave him scratches which i loved. I left him alone after looking at his highly equipped van setup that has everything. I even text him before hand telling him I have the garden hose ready to use and he replied with "thank you so much but I have my own source of water equipped in my van"). I wasn't sure what he meant but upon arrival, I saw that he had a huge 65 gallon or so purified water that's filtered through and then applied through the Solar Lite brush to the solar panels. He took about an hour or so to clean 20 panels and that was 5 times longer (in a good way) then Joel's Solar which i hired 3 years prior that did a terrible job. I can't say enough good things about Tim and his company but that he doesn't F around. He is very thorough about his business and takes it serious but in a good way. Thank you Tim for being so detailed and taking the time to explain your process and understanding my needs. The solar panels look spotless! We'll see you in October for our 3 month cleaning! - Kevin

I don't usually jump on a new business without a recommendation but decided to go for it. I am very happy with the results and the proof that cleaning the solar panels helps is seen immediately. I am attaching a copy of our solar output this week. You can see the huge difference it made when he finished cleaning the panels this morning.
