Scheduled a window cleaning for my 3-story home along with many other neighbors in my HOA for a bulk rate. They use a long water-dispensing pole with a brush. Since they had cleaned a bunch of other houses in my neighborhood already, they moved quickly throughout my home to detach all of the window screens and brush off the dust and spiderwebs. They went back to redo the major missed spots on my window screens that I pointed out, and communicating this to the boss Jason (who wasn't at my site) via phone was a breeze. I do wish they spent more time on the cleaning; everything felt very rushed and they still could've done a better job with the window screens. I also wish they provided some instructions on what to expect such as if I would need to move furniture away from windows, difference between exterior vs interior cleaning, etc. read more

When I talked with Jason I told him I had a small house therefore he was very fair in his pricing. I told him my screen to my sliding glass in my living room really needed to be cleaned. When the young gentleman arrived at my home he was done in 20 minutes. I didn't hear any water running so I asked him if he cleaned the screen in back. And he said he uses a scraper and it gets about 80% of the dust off. The screen really, really needed to be washed as it is still showing the dirt. Very disappointed!!! read more

I am very disappointed in Spencer's work today "cleaning" my windows. I used Casper's Window Washing Service as they were recommended to me and their price was so much lower than the place I have used in the past. But, I guess you get what you pay for. I did not check Spencer's work after he was done, which was my error. After he left, I realized the tracks of my windows were still dirty, and I don't think he cleaned the screens. The people I used in the past were so thorough, I expected the same quality of work. It is possible that Jason has someone else on his staff who is better, but I sure would not ask for Spencer if you use this company to clean your windows. read more

Set up the day and time, called when he was on his way. The two-man team didn't waste a second. Quick assessment of the location/ lay-out of all windows and they were on the job. I was told it would take 2 hours and they finished exactly on time - all 25 windows! One of the hottest days of the year (triple digits) but they were quick and cheerful. The two kids that come out to clean my windows did a very poor job. I had to go over each window and ask them if they washed this one? Quite a few they said they did not see that one.
