I normally have both the inside and outside, as well as screens done. Some of our neighbors only do the outside so Clearview does a great job of managing the different services. All of my experiences in the past have been fantastic with CLEARVIEW WINDOW CLEANING--until today. Thank you Valerie for calling back to schedule me during the busy month of August. You not only squeezed me in, but you called back on a Sunday! You are amazing. Quality of work: A+ Problem: Mathew and Jake arrived at my door on time. The housekeeper answered the door and was surprised to see both men WITHOUT any masks. This is August 2021, and the status of Los Angeles is "high" COVID cases due to Delta variant and all workers, who work inside, are required to wear a mask. I asked Mathew if he was vaccinate, and he politely said "yes" along with a few more details about his vaccination. Then I asked Jake if he was vaccinated. His answer was something like, "I don't wish to share my medical information with you nor do I have to tell you." My response was, "Obviously you are not vaccinate, and I do NOT want you working inside my home. Your not getting vaccinate can affect "my" health, and I have every right to request that information." After the two workers finished, I handed Jake some documentation published from Los Angeles county stating that employers not only have the right to ask the question but also have the right to require vaccination to continue employment. All indoor employees--vaccinated or not--need to wear a mask indoors--at this point in time. Bottom line: Jake is not vaccinated, and he showed up at my door without a mask--AND a very surly attitude. My recommendation: Continue using CLEARVIEW but be sure to tell Valerie that you do not want Jake--unless he can prove (QR code) that he was vaccinated. Staying alive is more important than clean windows. read more

I had an excellent experience with Clearview Windows from start to finish. After requesting a quote on their website over the weekend, I heard from Valarie via email that she would call me when back in the office Monday. She made good on that, and Ryan came out to give us an estimate for house washing and window washing which was extremely reasonable. Ryan and his team came on time for the cleaning and were thorough and methodical. Ryan pointed out that I should contact our window manufacturer about some cloudiness (which we couldn't have seen prior to the thorough cleaning). Used them a few times and started out good. However, the most recent service was horrible; I was surprised that the employees, when left alone without the supervision of the owner or the resident, they were deceptive. They basically did an incomplete job and lied about it when confronted. Filed a complaint and the owner did not even care to reach out to the customer. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you're going to use them, make sure you watch them! This is a response to ur comment. I'm even more disappointed that u refuse to admit to ur employees mistakes. Just FYI, It's nothing personal but just as a clarification, my security camera caught them not cleaning the screens, bottom line. If u don't believe me I'll b more than happy to share them with u. They also made some silly remarks front of my security camera which I won't even get into. Hi. I got on Yelp to look up reviews for house painters. One search led to another and I found these reviews for Clearview Window Cleaning. I use Clearview so I stopped to read them. I've never written a review before but after reading Lisa and David's I had to take a minute to say, "their review doesn't sound anything like the Valarie, the Ryan, or the Clearview that I've known for the past 2 years". First, and quite honestly, I scheduled my first appointment with Clearview (Valarie) because they were the only one (of several companies) that had a real live person answer the phone. In this day and age and in this economy that's unheard of. If you don't believe me call your telephone company, your bank or 99% of the other companies you have accounts with. Clearview has an Office Manager, Valarie, who works everyday 9-5. She has been working for Ryan from Day 1 and was hired specifically to provide immediate and personal service by answering the phones. I'd be willing to bet Lisa's complaint may be an honest misunderstanding or an isolated incident. The owner calling to apologize and offer a 50% discount to try and make it right is something else that rarely happens. David sounds like a reasonable person but I have to say, "nothing like that has ever happened to me". Even Lisa said Ryan called, apologized, offered a discount and tried to make her happy. The problem I have with David's review is that when David mentioned the owner wasn't the one who cleaned his windows he also gave the impression that Ryan isn't "on the job" and that (unaccountable or unsupervised) employees do the work. That couldn't be further from the truth. It's been my experience that Ryan Armstrong, the Owner of Clearview loves the company he started 5 (?) years ago. Like many small business owners his company has become "his baby". Ryan works with 1 assistant (2 in summer). He is "hands-on" and takes pride in providing excellent personal service. So much so, and I certainly appreciate, Ryan has an Office Manager that answers the phone and schedules appointments immediately and if there is a problem (and all businesses have them from time to time) he will do ANYTHING to try and make you happy. I understand most people write reviews when they're mad or want to complain. I get it. And no I'm not married to Ryan, his girlfriend or his mother. I'm a happy customer that thinks Ryan might have gotten a bum wrap and I thought I'd tell you about the Ryan and the Clearview I know. read more

These guys are legit! They did a spectacular job in cleaning our windows! They were able to accommodate our scheduling limitations. In fact, they came two hues earlier than expected because they finished a job early. This was great for us! They are very professional & got right down to business. Jake got some stubborn sun caked on adhesive that has been there for over 10 years out without a problem. They worked so efficiently that our whole family couldn't believe they got the job done in no time. Our windows and sliding doors are so sparkly we're afraid people will run into the doors.
