I purchased an advertisement deal , 5 yummy gummies for 50 bucks. Got home 10 minutes later and opened one package and found them melted to the bottom of the package. The same with the other 4 packages. Went back to the Pahrump store where I purchased the gummies and was told to talk to some long haired guy. I told him what happened and he accused me of leaving them in the sun to melt. I explained it took 10 minutes to get home in an air conditioned car and this is what i found. I asked if theres anything he can do and he leaned forward and said" absolutely nothing". I dropped the sticky gooey package on the counter with the other 4 packages. He was always one of the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful budtenders I've ever dealt with. No matter what I needed, he took the time to help and made customers feel valued instead of rushed through another transaction. I don't know the circumstances surrounding what happend to that kid but I really cared for him or if he was wrongfully let go, but losing someone like that says a lot about the direction this establishment is headed. Good employees are hard to find, and it's disappointing to see a business push away the very people who made customers want to come back in the first place. Madison is one of the rudest managers I've ever met. You don't know what you're gonna get when you come in there. Nova Corey shows up for maybe two hours for her shift in general when she's scheduled from 4 to 10 to close every night. Then proceeds to end up working only till 630 and get sent home consistently every night while other staff members sufferer including staff that I've mentioned. They need to reevaluate some of their stuff, but employees have mentioned this to HR and they've done nothing about it even customers have called and complained to HR and they've done nothing about it. Read the reviews and find another spot. I was excited to hit this place up. I should have read the reviews and just stayed away. First, after being let in, I just kinda stood there with nobody to let me in for 5 minutes? It was litteraly like they did not care. Should have been my first sign to walk out. After I gained entry, this place was just a confusing cluster. Moving board with menu items but no real data. You can't see touch or smell anything. So it's just "hey trust us". Once I actually bought the product as this is the real reason I was there it got even worse. Everything was over priced and the acutal bud I got was so old it's almost dust. It litterly is so old Im not sure it should have even been sold. If I could I give this a -1, It would be to help you not get the felling of being ripped off, like I got. First, the good: the store itself is clean and has a nice vibe. The employees are not rude and are reasonably polite. Now, the bad: the PRICES!! This dispensary is literally charging 4 times what California charges for edibles and the THC content is sorely lacking. It is appalling that they sell a candy bar for $28 (without tax) when the identical bar is $10 in California. The prices are absolutely out of control and a complete rip off. It's worth driving the 60 miles to Vegas to get the same produce for less than half what they charge here. Thank God a new Bud shop is opening up on the 160 and I've heard their prices will be super competitive. read more

The Grove has some pretty good flower in Pahrump. I do enjoy their KANNABAS brand. I have been a big Head Cheese fan, but as I have learned their own KANNABAS brand is as good as Head Cheese. The young girl at the service desk, not the security desk, had no customer service skills. She didn't say hello, she didn't ask if I needed help. She just stared at me until I said something. When I did ask a question, she would answer, but as if I was taking up her time. If I'm spending money for something (I don't care what it is), I want good customer service. This place is thriving solely on being the only dispensary in the valley. The selection is awful. Right now on their website, 26 out of 30 flower options are from Kannibas. The same is true in the pre-rolls. Makes it suspicious that something is going on between this grow house and the dispensary? And then the prices...extremely high! The staff attitude is hit and miss. Sometimes they are nice and sometimes just completely rude. There is one particular employee that is extremely surly every time I've encountered him, whether he helped me or someone else. So the experience goes like this: Security guard opens the door (always nice), person at the window greets you (or ignores you while she finishes her drawing), person opens door and calls your name (sometimes is courteous, sometimes ignores you even when you say "how are you?"). Now for your purchase you are basically funneled into buying a strain by Kannibas at an extremely high price unless the 2-4 other options have a strain you want. I always tip no matter what my experience is. And then leave...feeling ripped off. This place could be ten times better and more profitable if they added a lot more variety, insisted on courteous staff 100% of the time and lowered their prices.
