We happened to be there during a huge rain storm, which I took in from the lovely covered porch. I love watching a good storm, and this was just about perfection. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We had plenty of room. I am 5'2" and it was a pretty tall bed... I kind of had to hop to get into it. But once I was in, it was plenty comfortable. There is breakfast in the morning, which I chose to sleep through.But my husband said it was good. And there were many available snacks throughout the place for the taking - which were greatly appreciated.

Hot was excellent, very clean and relatively easy to use. Just need to get it going to heat up before you get in. There's a walk out basement that looks like it's going to be worked on next. It had a nice circle drive with gravel parking. Has a cute deli/local shop in the corner of the road you drive in. I highly recommend! University of the South isn't far and has good mountain overlooks. Not a lot to do in the area, but has some restaurants and a piggly wiggly. This is a place to go and relax and get away for sure!

Even though it was winter we still enjoyed sitting on the front porch. When you take a shower it will take just a few minutes for the hot water to travel to the upstairs of the house, but this wasn't a problem at all!!! The wife and I definitely recommend that you stay here!!! The owners are very gracious, very pleasant and friendly! My wife did have the breakfast and said it was great! I didn't get a chance to eat my bacon until on the way home the next morning. I don't care if it set in the fridge overnight and I ate it cold! It was delicious!!! So if you are near Shelbyville and want something much better than just the normal hotel room, Cinnamon Ridge bed-and-breakfast is a great place to stay!

We stayed on the property in one of their yurts which made it all that more easy. They have large fields for camping on site too. Price point for the ticket felt a little up there but not terrible. And the Yurts were pricey but AC, running bathroom, very clean and cozy so can't complain. A couple of food trucks at the entrance and the doner kebab one was sooo good, we ordered from there twice in the night.

They also have the ability to project images across the walls and ceiling of the cave offering a fully immersive experience. For being inside a cave the amenities are quality. Bathrooms are large and accessible and the concessions operate smoothly. The prices for the concessions are on the extremely high side. Rivaling prices of a professional sporting event, beers run between $11-$14 a can! The Caverns also continues to expand and now offers a food truck court. The food truck court offers multiple food options and flat top areas for eating. The Caverns also host a 6k person amphitheater located on top of the cave for an outdoor music experience.
