We called and talked with this company 4 times and they NEVER kept their word. They said they'd come out and never did. They don't return calls. I thought ok maybe sexist so I asked my husband to call then maybe they'd take us serious that we want a pool, but nope still no calls. The lady sounds nice but run down like she's ready to retire. She also stated that they had jobs lined up for like 2 years because of their cheaper price. So I have no clue what it takes for them to take you serious so we had to go else where and our pool is being installed now. read more

Clearwater is a great pool company. They build our pool in 2007 and over the years have been very responsive to any repairs, service needs or just my many questions.. Most recently in Nov. 2016 they installed a new beautiful pool liner and did a great job. Leigh and Ricky are always responsive and do a great job at a great price. Wonderful experience working with Clearwater Pools!! They built us the most marvelous pool and provided the best customer service we have ever received. Ricky and Leigh are such professionals and contributed wonderful suggestions and advice which helped us get the most value for our money. Their combined experience is obvious and makes what they do look easier than it probably is. In addition to building our pool, they helped us design a small pool building - again, with the most bang for the buck while still lovely as well as functional. We also hired the team to built the fence around the pool and it is another beautiful functional product that will last for years to come due to their superb craftsmanship and attention to detail. The entire process and products came together better than we realized it would.
