I was extremely impressed by these four individuals attentiveness of what Jeffrey was instructing them to do. Jeff had initially told me $3800 for my rather large deck plus we needed a wheelchair ramp that I thought to be impossible to build given the space of good solid ground he had to work with up the street. My mom had to have it. Her health isn't good. Jeff explained to me that there could be more added at the end depending on what took place at my mom's home. If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked. That would have left another $3100. When he told me all I owed was $2,000 I almost cried. Awesome man of God!

We paid them $5500 in February 2022, with a contract for the work to be completed February 15-18…read more Although our home was built in the 90s and the neighborhood hasn't changed since then, they "got lost" coming to our house twice and arrived late. After we paid them half to get started as agreed, things went downhill. They didn't show up as scheduled and over the last TWELVE WEEKS Mike Shannon has assured us that he was coming out/sending two crews/sending three crews/be there rain or shine/be there first thing in the morning, etc. You name it, he said it and then never did it. Some of the excuses: flat tires on the trailer, broken tire at Home Depot on the trailer, stuck in Tennessee, can't get to the bank, and of course NO calls NO shows. We've given him every opportunity to make good on our contract, going out of our way to contact him, follow up with him, notify our neighbors to plan accordingly for our fence removal, etc. We've been polite, we've compromised, we've followed up, we've waited, we've allowed them on our property unannounced at 9 pm on Friday, April 1, and at dusk Saturday, April 10. Who comes to do fence work at night? Now, he's offered to return our money. Have we seen him? NO! He said he would return our money on Monday, May 2, 2022. Hasn't shown up, yet. Instead, he's offered more excuses and claims he's really going to return our money because he's "not that guy". TWELVE WEEKS, partially missing fence that they removed April 10, and down $5500. Mike Shannon, YOU ARE "THAT GUY". --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *UPDATE Mike returned $1,000 to us on June 2, 2022, vowing to take out a business loan so that he could pay back our remaining $4,500 from February 2022. It's been over NINE WEEKS since that payment. If this was truly an instance of scheduling more work than he could handle, as he claims, he would've already returned our money. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *STILL WAITING Despite Mike continuing to say that he will return our remaining $4,500, here we are, A YEAR LATER, and he still has not kept his word.

Mike Shannon and crew was hired to move part of my existing fence and add new section. He did move…read morethe fence and did add new section but the workmanship was terrible. He did not use any cement in the post holes and did a terrible job securing the fence boards. He said in his contract that he would use screws but he did not. He barely used any nails. Too much hassle trying to get him to repair so I will fix it myself. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT use this guy to do your fence. Trust me it is not worth it.

I left a message with Veteran's Landscaping & Irrigation and received a call back within 30 minutes. Mr. Davis agreed to stop by my dad's to check out the sprinkler and leaks. Mr. Davis diagnosed the problems and came up with an itemized list of hardware needed to repair my dad's sprinklers and leaks. He was on time and reliable while working in my dad's yard. The neighbor who caused the problem watched as Mr. Davis was able to fix my dad's sprinklers and leaks and asked Mr. Davis to fix their sprinkler issues once he completed my dad's work. My dad was very pleased with the work Mr. Davis did. Dad had miscellaneous greenery growing in his backyard that he hired Mr. Davis to remove. Another great job performed by Mr. Davis's crew! Dad was very happy to see that area of the yard cleaned up. My mother-in-law had old overgrown shrubs from 1972 in her front yard that I asked Mr. Davis to look at and provide an estimate for removal and replanting of bushes.
