I would've given my 401k, maybe a kidney, to anyone who would yank this tooth. I'm calling anyone I can find to see if any office has Saturday hours to see if someone can help me. I have two kids, and two C-sections were a walk in the park compared to the pain in this cursed tooth. Well, Cross Keys Dental was the only dentist with Saturday hours, and I somehow got a 9 AM appointment (through 1-800-DENTIST, which was amazing--highly recommend the service). I call to leave a message to ask if they can even consider extracting a wisdom tooth so I don't show up in vain. After a practically sleepless night, Dr. Kurudi himself calls at 7:30 Saturday morning to ask a few questions and promises to take a look and extract it that day if at all possible. I nearly cry with gratitude. I arrive trying not to show that I'm shaking with pain and exhaustion, can barely fill out the paperwork, but the staff was very nice. I at least got to watch the TV in the waiting room as I prayed silently for the tooth to stop throbbing. Long story short (too late, lol), I have long roots and they are too close to the nerve for anyone but an oral surgeon to do an extraction. Lucky me, right? But Dr. Kurudi and his staff were so nice, and tried so hard to help, when no one else would, and he even shaved the top of the tooth down so it wouldn't be as painful to bite down. They also referred me to two oral surgeons, one of whom I did see and she is also great, so I'm keeping her name for future wisdom tooth fun. I truly appreciated every effort they made for someone who wasn't even a patient, and I'd recommend this office to anyone needing a kind, compassionate dentist. When you have a fear of doctors, and especially if you're having issues, having someone understand and try to help is like a gift. It makes it so much easier to deal with going to the dentist. So if you're on the fence, reading this trying to decide where to go, call this office. They are rare in having Saturday hours (let's face it, teeth don't care if it's the weekend if something goes wrong) and they are truly compassionate. Absolutely 5 stars.

(When I walked in at 9:15 AM, I had a bad feeling because the waiting room was piggedy packed!!!) At 9:45 AM I checked with one of the girls at the front desk as to when I would be taken back. She said that she would go back and find out and come back and let me know. That never happened! The patient next to me had a 9 a.m. appointment, and was still waiting for his "turn." At 10 AM., I went up to the front desk again and told her that if I wasn't called back by 10:15 AM that I had to leave because I had to go to work. She told me that three patients were still ahead of me! WTF?!! She softly apologized to me and said other patients had complained of the same thing (waiting too long / being taken LATE). So why don't you change your protocol or scheduling of appointments?! Now they will be losing myself and my two children as patients!!! THREE PATIENTS GONE and I bet more will follow suit! The girl at the front desk, offered me April 24th as a reschedule. Uhh NO! Seriously?!! FIT ME IN FOR YOUR ERROR!!! There are way too many dentists, doctors etc., providers to have to deal with incompetence! DO BETTER! I requested my dental records; thankfully there is no cost for them and I now will be going to my sister's dentist! I am now late for work, did not have my teeth cleaned, and I'm in a foul mood! At 3 PM all of us were told there was a meeting called and we'd have a 30-45 minute wait. I had a silent infection festering and cardiac issues. I was very worried, sitting in chair for more than an additional hour. I overheard employees talking about the stressful meeting that was called. Your doctor and assistants were awesome, your focusing on business while nervous or sick patients are waiting is where I see improvement in needed. Support your doctors and technicians rather than distracting them with nonsense.

She did not call to apologize or to see how their office might resolve my situation but rather to very nastily defend her staff. She yelled at me n continually spoke over me. I ended up telling her to have a nice day n hung up on her. With regard to the response to my review where Dr Vanaria states "I used foul language". Never. Not once did any such thing happen. It's frightening to me that a dentist n owner of a practice would flat out lie. Disgraceful. And btw no one can force a Mamogram just as no one can force dental X-rays. I had a full set in 2022. I am currently being treated for an injury n receive X-rays every 3 weeks. It's my right to decline dental X-rays until I am no longer exposed to constant radiation. Common sense n kindness goes a long way which is something this practice lacks.
