I was referred to This office from a couple of co-workers and I'm thankful for that! I knew from the first visit that I am in great hands with Dr. Kurudi or Dr. Budda. They are both amazing because they care about the whole person and not just your teeth Lol. But seriously, know they are skilled dentists , explain everything to you so you can understand and give realistic options when needed. The office is immaculately clean. The hygienists , assistants and entire staff seem to work as a team and the standards of patient care are the same with each person in this office. Okay, no one wants to have root canal, but sometimes you have no choice. I saw my regular dentist and found out the bad news. She did not accept my insurance any longer, so it was time to find someone new. Armed with this information, I went on my quest. You do not want to just go to anyone, so I searched Yelp. I looked up the dentists (endodontist) that my insurance accepted. I kept hitting bad reviews, but came upon Cross Keys Dental. Things were positive and I had to have the work done. This was one of the best choices that I ever made. I went into the office extremely nervous, but the Staff worked on putting me at ease immediately. I was seen right away and everything was explained as Dr. Kurudi went along! Pain management and comfort are the top priority as well as sanitation and a pleasant atmosphere. The whole procedure was not even near the dread and expected pain that I had worked myself up with. Cross Keys Dental will be my dentist of choice for all future dental needs. I even dragged my Husband to be seen. He hates the dentist, period! He walked away extremely satisfied and went back to have previous work from years ago completed. I never thought that this would happen. You will not find a more knowledgeable, gentle, caring, kind and friendly group of Staff anywhere. If you could give more stars, I would give them. After one of my remaining wisdom teeth became infected after cracking and developing a hole (a week before my appointment to get it extracted, of course), I found myself in the kind of pain that keeps you from sleeping or eating, and of course it's a Friday, and my regular dentist is closed. I would've given my 401k, maybe a kidney, to anyone who would yank this tooth. I'm calling anyone I can find to see if any office has Saturday hours to see if someone can help me. I have two kids, and two C-sections were a walk in the park compared to the pain in this cursed tooth. Well, Cross Keys Dental was the only dentist with Saturday hours, and I somehow got a 9 AM appointment (through 1-800-DENTIST, which was amazing--highly recommend the service). I call to leave a message to ask if they can even consider extracting a wisdom tooth so I don't show up in vain. After a practically sleepless night, Dr. Kurudi himself calls at 7:30 Saturday morning to ask a few questions and promises to take a look and extract it that day if at all possible. I nearly cry with gratitude. I arrive trying not to show that I'm shaking with pain and exhaustion, can barely fill out the paperwork, but the staff was very nice. I at least got to watch the TV in the waiting room as I prayed silently for the tooth to stop throbbing. Long story short (too late, lol), I have long roots and they are too close to the nerve for anyone but an oral surgeon to do an extraction. Lucky me, right? But Dr. Kurudi and his staff were so nice, and tried so hard to help, when no one else would, and he even shaved the top of the tooth down so it wouldn't be as painful to bite down. They also referred me to two oral surgeons, one of whom I did see and she is also great, so I'm keeping her name for future wisdom tooth fun. I truly appreciated every effort they made for someone who wasn't even a patient, and I'd recommend this office to anyone needing a kind, compassionate dentist. When you have a fear of doctors, and especially if you're having issues, having someone understand and try to help is like a gift. It makes it so much easier to deal with going to the dentist. So if you're on the fence, reading this trying to decide where to go, call this office. They are rare in having Saturday hours (let's face it, teeth don't care if it's the weekend if something goes wrong) and they are truly compassionate. Absolutely 5 stars. read more

Booked online last night after reading glowing reviews, woke up to three missed calls attempting to reach me with a voicemail. Thought that was a good sign. Was met with the same person who had called and left a voicemail, was told whatever day I had booked was not available. Tried to find a day or time that would work better and was put off to about three weeks later. Told them it was wisdom tooth pain and I believe I needed an extraction, then was offered to be booked on the side as an emergency. Chose not to take them on the seemingly generous offer because my three phone calls just did not seem professional. First call there was confusion as to them having ever called me, then my call was dropped. I called back and then was told about the three week wait. Annoyed at the way the phone calls was being handled and the individuals tone I said I would call back at a more convenient time. After battling with my annoyance I swallowed my pride and Called back again within five minutes due to tooth pain and just was met with an individual sounding annoyed I had called back yet again. Although I was offered a time and date, I wouldn't go. I hate the dentist to begin with and after being on the phone three times and not having a good impression once, going in would've just been uncomfortable. Still not sure who to go with but would not go here. That's saying something considering my wisdom tooth pain is ridiculous. read more

I was looking for a dentist that took my insurance and happened to come across Cross Keys Dental. I always check reviews when I have no previous experience with establishment I am considering patronizing. Cross Keys Dental got 5 stars review and after visiting I now know why. First, Lisa, the front desk receptionist, is very accomodating with scheduling and billing. I was only scheduled for 2 fillings and when I informed her that I would be returning to work next week, she went in the computer and scheduled all my fillings for the same day/visit. I was very pleased as not to have to schedule several visits. That was just the beginning, the dentists are fantastic! I explained that I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, not only because of insurance reasons, but I was also terrified of the dentist. Dr. Budda was very gentle with me throughout the entire procedure(5 fillings and a chipped tooth). She also stopped to explain everything she was doing in full detail. I never felt so reassured at the dentist. The icing on the cake for me was the extreme cleanliness of the office. I am a bit OCD and will not frequent any unsanitary place of business.
