The latest repair is the third call to them for the same faucet issues. It has been 3 weeks since I called the service, 2 weeks since they simply came and looked at the issue, and I am still waiting for them to actually schedule a final visit and replace the faucet. This will be the last time they walk on my property, and also will have me looking to replace American Home Shield as well. I don't recommend either company for repairs to a dog house.

Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations.
