I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for a shower fixture replacement. They booked me for that Thursday. I took the day off to be available for them. Thursday morning I called to make sure I was on the list for that day and was assured that I would be taken care of. Three clock rolled around and no one had showed up. I called again and was told the plumber was on a job but that he would be coming later that afternoon. I was told that they worked until all tickets were completed. well, no one ever showed up. you would think they would have the courtesy to at least call and let you know that they would not be able to make it . I called again the next day and they acted like it didn't bother them. I cancelled an appointment that was never kept. I would not recommend this company to anyone. they will leave you hanging and not give a care about it. read more

Made a appointment with them online Sunday 02 / 21 /2021 for Monday 02 /22/2021 for a water heater issue. Called Monday morning to confirm appointment and was told yes sir they will be out and they will call before they head that way. Never heard from them. Called Tuesday morning and was told yes sir they will be out today. Well it's 6:45 pm and still haven't heard from them. Poor customer service. read more

Will never use this company ever again! I called them to fix a urinal, sink, and a Ro system. They came a day later. Came around 10:00am and fixed the urinal then they said they needed to buy a new Ro system and sink. That they would be back in a 1 hour to a hour in a half. After waiting 3 hours I called their office to tell them that I was leaving because our business has already closed and told them to just reschedule my service till the next day. Soon as I closed the door to my business they came pulling up. They had a attitude with me and were arguing with me. All I told them to do was just tell me when they would show back up or call and tell me they were running late. They continued to have a attitude with me so I said get the crap out! Give me a damn bill and I'll never use your company again! Never had such unprofessional people in my life! Then I called their boss and he just said he was sorry but didn't fix anything. Need less that was the last time for Roto-Rooter for me! I suggest the same for anyone looking for a plumber call some place else that actually cares. read more

Can I leave a negative star? Horrible! A plumber has been here 2 days in a row for clogged drains and still day 3 not fixed and now no plumbers are coming out. Got laughed at for asking for a refund or someone to really come back and fix the issue! I cant believe this is how they do business!!! read more

This is Baker Construction Company. We call roto rooter for a clogged toilet. They didn't show up the first day but did the next day. The man that showed up was very rude and told the 70 year old yard manager to dig up the sewer and put in a clean out before he would even run a snake through our line. I personally used roto router for years at my own home and have never heard of such a thing. The man also charge us $188.00 and did not do anything at all. This man was rude and demanded the money or he would not leave. I will not ever use Roto router again and will advise anyone who has a clog in their plumbing to never use them either. We called Bosworth and they came out and took care of us. read more

Thurs. 1/31 Plumbers comes to unclog all the sinks(2 bath1kitchen). Wonder the odds that all our sinks clogged at same time--such is life.Anyhow--Russell(the plumber) started with kitchen and oops broke the pipe in wall......we were not terribly upset as they are old pipes and he assured us another plumber would be here next day to fix. Got a call from the plumber stating he was unable to make it-I asked if would come Sat and was told would have to pay overtime hours. WHAT? I would pay extra to fix a problem a Roto employee caused?!? I did call-reached dispatch..transfer to manager:but he (Randy) did not answer. Randy should have called when it was known I would not be getting the pipe fixed. Did get 2 bath sinks draining. Russell was wonderful and super pleasant(but that does not get kitchen sink functioning). I will not have Roto back-and will tell anyone in need of plumbing to NOT call roto-rooter! read more

Friday after Thanksgiving, I called and made appointment for Saturday morning in Monahans, Tx. No other plumbers would come this fast to an out of town call. This home is one that I own and my in-laws live in. My wife drove over to Monahans Saturday morning, expecting to see them before noon. At 3:00 she called them and was told that she was next up on the list. At 5:00 she called them again and was told that they don't do out of town calls on the weekend, but she will be first up on Monday morning. Monday at noon, still no plumber, called them and I am told that they have had a lot of calls come in and they will get to us soon. They called me back at 2:30 and said that they couldn't make it today, sorry. I asked to talk to owner, owner explained that all in-town calls are taken care of first, we are on the bottom of the list, they will get to us if there are no in-town calls left. Could not believe that this policy was not communicated to me on the initial call. Wasted 120 mile of travel on Saturday for my wife, and left my elderly in-laws without plumbing for three days. Would not recommend them to anyone for in-town or out-of town work. Advertisement says that they are available 24/7. Don't you believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
