He always makes sure you're taken care of, and makes it a point to not overcharge or suggest services that don't need doing. I know I can trust his word and his work. As a young woman (who is not very mechanically inclined) it can be intimidating to set up appointments with mechanics, but not once have I felt anything negative working with this business. Never go to this repair-shop, they are so rude and couldn't fix my car. They just charged me money…read more Ok, this is my story, my car had some problems, first, I heard some noise from front right wheel and I saw some oils. Second, car windows were not working. Third, I changed my car' all struts so I needed to check alignment. So I went to Jensen ford and asked, check front right wheel, alignment, and windows. After few hours, they called and said I have to change cv axle shaft, because bearing is bad so I thought bearing making a noise and everybody going to think like me, if they say bearing is making a noise. Next day, they called me they are done and I asked what's the problem with windows? They couldn't say anything, because they didn't check my fucking windows! So I said that you said you are done, that's not make sense, you even didn't check my car windows, that was my first check list. I waited two more hours and called them, they still haven't start yet, I had to wait one more day for check windows. I was so disappointed to them, I just said I want to pick my car so I went to there and when I came back to my house I still could hear the noise. I went back to Jensen ford again, and said I still heard the noise. I asked them to drive together. When we are driving, I could hear the noise very loudly and he said he can listen a lot of noises because my car is old. That was fucking bullshit. So I asked him, ok what noises? He said I can hear noise from bad front tires, tie rod, and some another things. That was fucking second bullshit, because tire is new one from Theisens and I replaced fucking tie rod few weeks ago. However, he kept saying I didn't say exactly what this noise is from. When I drive with my friends everybody heard only one noise and he was kept saying that. We came back to Jensen ford and I asked so what are you guys can do for me, he said nothing, but we can check your car again. I was too tired to talk to them so I just said yes and I came back to my house. I just think about my car and I heated my car's front right tire and I heard some noise so I thought this is something weird and I heated front left tire, but I didn't hear any noise. Eventually, I found problem and problem was the strut. It was easy to fix so I fixed myself. My suggestion never go this repair-shop, because if they do something wrong, they will keep saying that's your fault and some bullshits!
