I've donated to this thrift store at least 5 times this year alone (I'm downsizing) as well as in…read moreprevious years and they rarely have receipts available, which are printed on regular copy paper, so I don't get how they never have any. I never purchased anything from them so I can't speak to that experience. They provide meals for the unhoused, so that's awesome. I'm going to find other organizations to donate to in the future; you know, spread the love around and hopefully get a receipt.

I love going to thrift stores and antique stores, but this place is overpriced. Her stuff is literally broken torn and ripped and she still wanted more than it was worth. I wanted to get a notebook from her. She said $8. It was literally falling off it seems and I said that's a crazy price. Your stuff is really overpriced here and she said that's because my stuff is better quality stuff I have high-quality merchandise. I told her your book is literally falling off at the seams and she said well if you want it for a dollar go to a dollar store then. She literally came at me all crazy right off the bat started being argumentative and aggressive. I would never shop here again. She is the rudest person ever if I could give zero stars I would no one else should be shopping here. Also, when you come in the store, she makes you ring a bell to alert them that you were there. She will not let you in unless they acknowledge you. You also can't take photos of anything. She is a rude, terrible person and her store is terrible. She started a conversation with me and treated me like an old friend. She told me all about the fun places to visit in town and had a lot of recommendations. I loved Ace's store and my teenager loved it, too. I definitely recommend checking this shop out when you're in Riverside. It's a gem.

They got me as a long lasting customer. I will probably travel here every single weekend. I drove nearly an hour away from Dana point. I found them on Facebook and figured I would have to try out the fill a bag sale They have on Saturdays. It was well worth my time. They have a fantastic things at absolutely amazing prices. The people who work there seem to be a tight family. I didn't ask if they were the owners, but they definitely could've been. They were really really nice! I don't care where you are in southern California. This is an absolute go to spot!

There are so many things that you don't imagine available in this store, including 'reflective' vest which happened to be part of the deal that day! I understand the space is quite limited therefore all pants were folded in a way to save some space, though practically it is a lil bit challenging every time wanna check them in detail. I do believe this is more of a place for resellers, as I saw a few people searching and calling out certain brands - and the fact there was a person saying they could sell a piece for some amount. But...this warehouse is open to the public and is truly the ultimate treasure hunt. This location is very clean inside, along with the blue bins and their contents. I did encounter a random wet item in a bin, which freaked me out for a second, but all was good. The bins are not organized by type of clothing, so you really have to sort through them. They had new item rotations every half hour during my visit here, but everybody hovers over those when it happens. You can join the hunt, but you can't bring your cart to the new rotation areas - you have to carry them by hand. Staff are mostly college-aged and all are friendly. The register staff were polite also. The air circulation was okay here, but it does get stuffy after a short while. I was happy to step out after finishing my shopping. I got a few pieces (7 pieces to be exact) for about $18. It's $3.19 per pound for clothes. In all, a pretty great experience and would come back. Thanks, Goodwill!
