He explain everything that he was doing on detailed and the reason for each step. They did a super comprehensive check inside, outside and underneath the house trying to find a low flowing leak. I was having trouble with the window unit AC, it was leaking so much I was changing the towel to…read morecatch the water every single hour. I tried everything to fix it myself, cleaned the filter, reset it, the leak wouldn't stop. Looking for help, a handyman that could check it out, maybe clear the drain on the back of the unit if it was clogged and causing the leak. Jeff was the first person I called as he was local and had great reviews. He answered on the first call after barely 2 rings and was happy to check it out for me, we set a time but he ended up needing to reschedule for later in the day. When he showed up he checked the unit thoroughly before adjusting the unit in the window so it tilted at a slightly different angle and suddenly the leak stopped! I can't tell you the relief I felt in that moment. Living in New Orleans the summers are brutal and turning off the unit for periods of time to manage the leak was something I could only do for brief periods of time. The best part is he didn't charge me for it since it took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the issue. I can imagine many would charge just for their time and gas money, I truly appreciate that he wasn't out to get money for something that was barely a job.
