Nevertheless, he did and I must give him due credit for that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Next, he did not merely just give us a blanket estimate, as some plumbers did (sight unseen), but took the time to review, analyze, and discuss the problem as well as the necessary steps to repair the issue, which required a part that had to be purchased. We gave him a check to cover the cost and he left to go purchase the part. He returned that afternoon and proceeded to complete the job, which went well into the evening and included digging out and around a pipe for several feet under the house. What impressed us both was his care in analyzing the source and cause of the leak, in keeping us informed, and keeping the job area neat and clean! He is a gifted professional; he knows his trade AND he knows Customer Service!
