Ever since I started coming for my sessions, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Every staff member is very friendly. As far as how painful it is, I have an extremely high pain tolerance. For me, getting the tattoo "hurt" more than having it removed. My tattoo is pretty small and it's on my forearm, so maybe it's because of the size and location. Each sessions starts with the tech asking if there are any changes to your medical history, and some additional questions about whether you've had sun exposure and a few other things. The tech puts an ice pack on the tattoo to numb it, and then they adjust the laser settings and go over the tattoo. It's pretty seamless from start to finish, and my tattoo is almost removed completely now after 9 sessions. I would highly recommend using Removery if you are interested in getting your tattoo removed!

These were not comments that would be appropriate in any setting, especially not from someone providing a professional service while I was alone in a vulnerable environment during a procedure. The interaction crossed major personal and professional boundaries to the point that I no longer felt comfortable or safe. His behavior felt predatory to me, and I ignored my instincts after the consultation and deeply regret returning for the appointments. After my experience, I discovered that other women had publicly described similar uncomfortable interactions with him in past reviews from many years ago, which made me even more concerned that this may not be isolated incidents. I am intentionally limiting identifying details including my actual name, because I do not want to be recognized, but I felt it was important to share this experience so other women can make informed decisions before booking with Nick.
