I've gotten lip injections done at other places before and none of them have turned out as well as when I got them done at Beautox Bar. I had them done in May and they still look wonderful. I also got Botox done here and that's the only reason I deducted one star. I think maybe they forgot to do the lower left side of my forehead because everything else looks perfect, but there's one large area that is wrinkly still. Everything else is great though! HIGHLY recommend the Beautox bar! All the nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. They take their time evaluating and explaining things to you before any procedure. Right when you walk in you feel very welcomed and comfortable! I had some chin filler move from where it was placed a month and a half before my wedding and nurse Liz fixed the problem free of charge so I can feel beautiful on my wedding day! I waited a while to leave this review because I was honestly mortified, and don't like leaving negative reviews because I always consider the person or practitioner I'm reviewing personally and feel bad. I'm an empathetic, professional person and it's hard for me to say negative things about experiences unless they are truly awful, we are all human, we are not perfect and even at work we make mistakes. But I need to speak my peace with this experience, and so others can judge for themselves and maybe safe themselves the trauma and money. I received horrendous lip injections from the injector Tammy, and it wasn't just the injections that made me feel awful it was the bedside manner. Let me start by saying that I have tattoos In very sensitive spots and a high pain tolerance and that doesn't compare to the pain I was in from the needle being injected WAY too far down in my lips, causing me a hematoma that lasted an entire month. It is normal to have some bruising with lip injections, but I knew the second she shoved that needle so deep into my lip that it was not OK and I had a pocket of filler inside a vein in my lip. I have had other injections (Botox) and although I'm not a r.n I do understand method and practice / injection procedure. I have never received filler injections in my lips before so I did a tremendous amount of research before deciding to get them done and this clinic has some very good reviews. I also want to mention that as with any organization I'm sure there are wonderful injectors here as well, I just happened to have a bad experience. To spend the amount I did on this after considering it for a few years is only a slight negative to what actually happened to my Lips. Pictures do not do justice to how bad they looked. I made sure I have talked to 3 other registered nurse injectors since this experience and understand everyone's body is different, different types of fillers that produce different results. I did make sure to educate myself before leaving this review. It's important if you're deciding on fillers for the first time that obviously you want it to be a registered nurse doing the procedure but you also want to make sure that the nurse is aesthetically trained. I thought because I had a r.n that had been working in a hospital for years that I felt perfectly safe and confident in what I was committing to. The injections were so horrible, so painful and when I left the office I already knew walking to my car how devastated I was and what they were going to look like. Now most offices will tell you that if there is any issue to come back and they can adjust the filler or use hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler. The injector did state this and I would never expect anything to be 100% perfect but after my experience you couldn't have paid me to go back to this place and let her touch my face again, I ended up spending hundreds more dollars to get the filler dissolved with a different nurse injector and will probably never have my lips touched ever again. The worst part in all of this wasn't even how bad the injections were, it was the fact that while she was injecting me -as nice and politely as I could while holding a mirror I told her that they looked a little uneven (they were extremely uneven but I was trying to be nice I shouldn't have to even worry about that though cause it's my face!) with an attitude she said and I quote "now I really think you're being just a little too picky" I can't even describe how mortified I felt to have the "professional r.n injector" talk to me like this, having someone inject filler with a needle into your face is a big deal and if it doesn't look correct to you you better speak up and say something, the injector should graciously try to see where you're coming from and help make you satisfied with the work, I didn't say another word besides thank you because I was on the brink of crying, and the second I was out the door I was in tears. The first 2 were taken a week and a half/two weeks after injection (they were even worse initially but I was just so depressed to even look at them I didn't take a picture) The last image was after a month.it took an entire month for the deep bruise in my lip to mostly diminish and be able to get them dissolved, If you do a quick search on necrosis after injections (irreversible tissue death) you might be absolutely terrified, and I honestly was scared that was what was going to happen to my lips, another registered nurse injector told me could have happened.My lips still aren't perfectly even. Lastly I want to reiterate that if it was just a bad lip injection experience I might have kept it to myself, but because of the attitude I received this experience left me feeling absolutely scarred. I will be honest. As someone who has worked in customer service since I was 15 years old, poor customer service really sticks out to me. I hate writing poor reviews, but I couldn't just let this experience slide. I was encouraged by multiple friends and nurses that I should leave this review. Quite honestly, I felt a bit belittled when I was being talked to. As I posted above, this was my first time so I had questions. Every answer to any of my questions was addressed with a type of attitude insinuating that I should know the answer to my own questions. Really disheartening. I also told Liz that I felt like my lips were a bit uneven at the end of our session and she reassured me that once the swelling/irritation went down they would look fine and that I was just seeing things. So, I listened. I went in buying two syringes and we only ended up using one. When I asked if we were going to do the second syringe at that appointment she said with some angst "umm really? Absolutely not" Well. Okay. I didn't know. Again, this was my first time and they told me to be on the safe side I should get two. She told me I could come back in two weeks to get my second filler. Okay. Sure. I made my next appointment and headed for home. The whole drive, I thought about how that was a weird experience. I got home and looked through the bag they give first time clients, assuming I would find an aftercare sheet for the "do's and donts" after receiving lip injections-- Nothing. I called within an hour of my appointment and spoke with a receptionist about an aftercare sheet. She laughed and said they didn't really have one, but she could email me what they did have on hand. Okay. Sounds good. Maybe it was a mistake. I waited all day and I can confidently tell you I never received an email. I had to reach out to a girlfriend of mine who had previously gotten her lips done elsewhere, and she sent me a photo of the aftercare instructions she was provided at HER clinic. I spoke with my girlfriend about my experience and she encouraged me not to go back. Although, I still had my second syringe and I tried writing it off to them just having a bad/off day. Once I reached the second week I realized that the part of my lips I said looked uneven, was still uneven. That really upset me. Even after the swelling had gone down, there was very clearly a 'droopiness' I had on one side of my top lip. Thank god my appointment was a few days after realizing it because I was so embarrassed. Even my boyfriend noticed and told me I should go in and speak with someone. I waited it out for those two weeks, and all the while I was really just debating on even going back. The only reason I went back was because I had already purchased my second syringe and I didn't want to be out the money I paid. Big mistake. Went back my second time, and the receptionist was great, as always! I adore the receptionist there, and she was always awesome with me. Although, I did notice (in my eyes) that she was kind of treated poorly by the nurses there which made me a bit sad. Anyways. Went in for my second syringe, and with a clear head trying to reassure myself that Liz must've just had a bad/busy day when she saw me the first time. She then informed me that the pigmentation on the top of my lip had lost its color and she didn't know how to make my lips look 'normal' and that it had nothing to do with the injections. Okay. Sounds good. Just do what you can then. At this point, I was honestly just waiting for it to be over so I could leave. I really liked my lips for the first day or two, but now I have a huge bulge in the middle of my bottom lip. I went to get some "second opinions" and each one of them said it was not okay. My lips are hard, and bulging in certain areas. It just looks awful. Now I have to wait until I can get in with a new place so I can get them fixed/altered. When I smile you can't even see the middle of my teeth because there's a huge bulge in the way. When I called and asked Liz why my filler was stopping in the middle of my lip she asked me if I had done anything to make it go to the middle. Well. No I didn't do anything at home because I followed the aftercare instructions, that this clinic didn't even provide me with to make sure my lips looked great. She told me I could come in two weeks later and we could dissolve the filler. Okay. But if you're dissolving the filler, wouldn't I technically be out the money that I paid for said filler? Either way, I have not-- and will not be making an appointment for dissolving my filler solely because: 1. I'm afraid of how they will treat me if I do go in asking for things to be fixed/altered. 2. I'm afraid to have anyone there even touch my face at this point. 1 star, because the receptionist was great. After everything, I wouldn't even send my worst enemy in that clinic to get lip fillers done. I've deferred at least 25 girls from going and getting fillers from BB and will continue to do so. read more

I was very impressed on how this staff made me feel comfortable as this was my first time receiving Botox services. All payment and follow up questions were answered. The staff was very patient and kind. I had many questions and they took the time to walk me through all of the answers. There were two staff members to help which made me feel reassured that I was making the best choice for me as well as receiving the correct amount of filler. My top lip is a little more filled on one side than the other and my forehead still has some movement between my eyes but I'm confident they will take care of me. I'll keep you posted. WONDERFUL in all ways. I saw Liz for my first ever cosmetic adjustment, lip fillers, after being referred by a friend. She walked me through all of my options, took her time, and made sure we were on the same page before starting. She made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The evening of I was a worry wort with swelling and she responded to me right away to settle my nerves that it was normal. A few days later I had some MINOR concerns/adjustments and she got me in right away to talk and adjust to my liking. She guarantees her work and 200% follows through on it. She gave me EXACTLY what I asked for to begin with, and after a few days when I realized I wasn't specific enough about the changes I wanted, she was more than happy to take me in and adjust to ensure I was perfectly happy with everything. The adjustments were to MY liking, not because she didn't give me what I asked for... I just didn't know what I wanted or how the things I didn't want would affect what I did as it was my first time. 15/10 will recommend. It's a little pricier than a couple other places I had consults at but WITH OUT A DOUBT worth every penny.
