I've been coming here for about a year and it's been great up until a few months ago, the girls working there are nice but it's always a new girl, they all do it differently some are great some are horrible! Today I had a lady who rushed away the moment I said "it's good" and my eyebrows looked like a block on my forehead with no shape, also the prices are too high honestly $13 for a eyebrow threading not including upper lip???!!! The girl I used to see came up to me when she was at the end of her time working there saying the man at the front desk would take from their tips and barely give them any pay. Also! They use the same stick when dipping into their wax! She would swipe it on my face and then dip it into the pot, lord knows how many other peoples germs are in there. I received the services requested and the outcome was good as in the look. Now the bikini wax was done by someone who I got the major feeling was new and definitely did not speak English. In my past Brazilian/bikini waxes, the tech uses second hand to "calm" the skin during lift. She did not. She just snatched it. I am usually uncomfortable during a wax but I was in utter pain. I would not do that with her again. My eyebrows were threaded. She was a pro. Outcome beautiful. She was a bit rough for me. I would probably endure her again but with some relaxation assistance (Tylenol, alcohol, or THC). My facial was done by the owner. We had nice conversation while she worked on me. I trusted that she knew what she was doing. I would consider going back to her. My only hesitation was with contamination. I admit I am a bit of a germaphobe and have been most of my life. Double dipping with public usage just doesn't sit well with me. I would prefer pouring product in a small container for each individual's use. Then discard any leftover product. Now, if this type of thing does not bother you, you should most DEFINITELY get a facial here and by her! I went on a Saturday. It stayed busy but not so much so that you'd have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. They for sure have plenty of regulars which is a good sign. Genuinely do not understand how this place has such good reviews. Spend your money elsewhere! There are more genuine places. I have faith in my eyebrows returning back to normal after they were screwed up from moving to TX! They continued to get increasingly misshaped at other places so I gave Cleopatra lounge a chance. It was busy when I got there and wasn't greeted by anyone for awhile. Once I was able to talk to someone she listened to what my concerns were and told me to come back since she was doing a longer service and gave me her card. Fast forward a few hours, I forgot to text her before I showed up and she was busy. Totally my fault but she assured me to go with another girl, I believe named Hailee.... And she was AMAZING. She also took the time to listen, looked at my pictures of what my brows are supposed to look like and talked me through what needs to be done. It's a work in progress but whatever she did, her skills have me back on track!!! They're pricier than what's typical for this area but on par with with what I paid in Chicago. Moving back home to Texas from Cali after almost 15 years I was worried I wouldn't find an amazing brow place that could wax my Desi brows and make them look amazing.... I FOUND IT. NADREEN is AHMAZING.... she waxed my brows to perfection .... even threaded the little hairs the wax couldn't removed. Her hand is so light that you truly don't even feel the crazy pain when threading ( I've threaded most of my life and I hate it bc it hurts I'm sure majority can relate). This place has no clue how to do facials. if I could I would give negative stars. the gal doing my facial had no clue what she was doing. scrubbed my face non-stop for 30+ minutes. getting the cleaning solution in my nose and my eyes. my nose is still biting after an hour and half later. I've had a lot of facials but nothing like this. it was obvious she had no clue what she was doing. After scrubbing my face, she put a mask on it for 10-15 minutes. cleaned it off and told me I was done. I got up tried to open my eyes but they were stinging really bad with whatever solution she put on my face and eyes. I asked for tissue to clean it off. Didn't ask what my skin concerns were. not personable. it was not relaxing at all. just horrible. Never going back. Definitely both worth the money. I should get a refund for an awful not facial. read more

I was referred here by a coworker and I love the work here. I've only gotten my brows threaded and tinted, I haven't booked any other services. The tint lasts about 7-10 days before I have to start filling them in. The price is average for this area, less than $40 for both. read more

I had never thread my eyebrows before finding this gem of a salon. Every artist (yes artist, bc My brows leave every appointment looking like a work of art) is extremely talented. I trust all the ladies blindly, they all are amazing. I'm looking forward to trying one of their facials soon. Check their website out, they have something for everyone. 1. The shade used on my face was orange and about four shades darker than my natural skin tone. A primer was not used and it looked absolutely horrendous and splotchy. 2. My eyebrows were shaped well, but once again they were completely way to dark for my fair coloring. I am a platinum blonde and my eyebrows looked so ridiculous. They were blocky and laughable. 3. My eyeliner was not even on my lash line and there was a skin line under where the eyeliner was that looked messy and incomplete. Along with this, the "wing" was not sharp and looked like it was drawn on with a crown and very full. 4. When my lip was applied it was the worse I've ever received. It was all over my mouth and not even in the lines? No lip liner was used and the applicator was the SAME that came with the lipgloss. This is an OSHA violation and I am very disappointed at the cleanliness. 5. The bronzer used on my face made me look even more orange and not "sun kissed" as was told. I am very fair skin and it was completely wrong my my coloring and not placed it the proper places for my face shape. 6. The "artist" was rushed the entire time. It was maybe under 10 minutes, I'm assuming because she was waiting on another appointment of hers. This is unprofessional, and other arrangements should have been made. I didn't not even receive a receipt for my services. I am highly upset and angered at what was "provided" at your establishment. I was rushed out and did not even have the time to discuss this. As soon as I got in the car I cried at how awful the makeup was. I had to go to another salon who was also in horror of what was done. On top of this I have tried to contact via email and calling to resolve this and have been ignored my management. Very unprofessional. WOULD RATE NEGATIVE FIVE, if I could. EDIT- now this is laughable. Spoke with the Owner and won't give me a refund now that I've written a bad review. Well where was your response and customer service when I tried to communicate a month ago? Where was your response with the multiple calls? Where is the sos tuner service? It doesn't matter if a client leave a bad review, you still refund the customer. Basic business practice. Why would I want other services at a salon that has been awful. I have come here only twice. First time was a good experience so I came back. The second time was today when I once again came for a bikini wax, there were three ladies sitting around and no customers were in the facility. I walked in and shared I was there for a wax appointment. The women all looked at each other. Asked what kind, I said " bikini and it's an appointment". No one should be surprised. They began pointing at one another for the other to do it. Very uncomfortable. All three disgruntled. Not going to have this done with people who are acting this way as we all know this will be done poorly. I said "ok, never mind. I don't need it". I walked out. I went to this place to get my eyebrows arched and litttle did l know l'd be rushed out the door by an employee stating she had to pick her child up at 6:30 when the hours clearly stated they closed at 6:30, however she needed to leave by 6:15. Horrible experience! Day 3 after my derma facial and my face is super irritated and at the worst I've ever seen it. I don't have sensitive skin and I've never had acne issues before. Upon arrival for my facial Nadreen tried to pass me down to her assistant Sabrina in order to attend walk-in customers. I refused as I am not familiar with Sabrina's work. BIG Mistake! Not only was my service rushed and painful, but Nadreen had her newborn baby in the room next door and he kept crying non stop. I love babies as I have a newborn myself, but I hear my baby cry at home, I'm not trying to hear one cry during my facial!! In addition, Nadreen had to pause and step out at least 3-4 times to help her assistant Sabrina with walk-in customers. She also gave me a horrible shoulder massage which I am still trying to recover from two days later. I even have her thumb print bruised on my shoulder. During the final steps of my facial, as I had the hydrating mask on, I finally thought I was going to get a moment to relax when Nadreen starts to rinse the tools and equipment she used during my facial right behind me. She was loud and just not a relaxing experience at all. I will also add that Contractors are still working on this shopping center so I heard loud banging and drilling the whole visit. I almost thought the roof was going to collapse. I think it's important to say that I visited Nadreen 3-4 times before when she was a booth renter and when she actually took her time to deliver quality service! This time around I paid double what I used to pay at her old location and the service was mediocre and down graded in quality. I believe Nadreen noticed that I was upset and chose not to ask or acknowledged the situation which I thought as the owner was unprofessional in her part. This visit was a waste of my time, money and now I'm left with most likely having to make a trip to a dermatologist! Update: Nadreen instead of insinuating that I am a liar, you should own up to your bad service and apologize at the very least! I was snap chatting throughout the whole Chaos I was in so I actually have videos of you stepping out, the workers working with loud drills and of your baby crying his lungs out.
