The service and prices (eyebrow waxing or threading-$8) are great. The ladies that work there are very friendly and do a great job! I am always pleased when they wax/thread my eyebrows in the few times I've come so far. If you don't have an appointment, the wait at times can take a little while.. sometimes 30 minutes or so. They are hiring so hopefully they'll have more workers soon to help speed up the wait time. I definitely recommend the salon for eyebrow waxing or threading. read more

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now (see my review above). However, after my recent experience, that will no longer be the case. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am glad that they have added new staff to help with their growing business.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am very particular about who does my eyebrow threading, and generally went to Hetal because she was able to get it right every time. A couple times when Hetal was busy, I did try one of the other employees and wasn't super pleased because they thinned out my eyebrows more than what I requested. Despite that, I would always go back, and whenever Hetal saw me, she would ask that I have one of the other girls do my upper lip/chin and she would come back to do my eyebrows. I went in around 10:30 am and they were still scrambling to open (btw their sign and google says they open at 10). No guest was there when I walked in and someone else walked in after me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Hetal asked both of us to sit while she gets situated and she asked me to grab a chair so that another employee can start on my threading for chin/upper lip and she'll come back to do my eyebrows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And then she asked the other guest who walked in after me to start with that same employee. So that was confusing but the other guest went ahead anyway and then I waited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While waiting, more guests are coming in and Hetal starts setting up for a facial for another customer who mind you walked in well after me. I was unsure if she was even going to see me then.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jaya walked in around 10:45 am, I waited 20 minutes and then finally got up and said something to Jaya about how much longer it would be because I would have to get going otherwise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jaya was so rude, didn't make any eye contact or respond even. I made a comment about how I've been waiting for 20 minutes now. Moved from South Florida to Texas several years back and always go back home for my beauty services until now. A friend recommended this place for my facials - I when in for an appointment today with Hatel. OMG this women was amazing- so relaxing and my skin is so flawless. I was able to relax and not worry about anything. I will definitely come back for my regular facial which I prefer every 6 weeks. I got a microdermabrasion , steam, extraction of black heads, and then facial mask/massage/oils - all part of the facial process. She was careful with my eyelashes too. FYI they are closed Monday's Only place I trust with threading my eyebrows they do a great job they are usually quick sometimes I do expect to wait more than 10-15 min but it's always worth it. To start off, I respect the integrity of this salon. I understand that as time goes on, there are injuries that occur to the owners who cannot perform services. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would appreciate open communication prior to sitting down for a service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had an unfortunate experience yesterday, where the owner, Hetal, left my mother in tears by disrespecting my entire family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My mother is 60 years old who was trying to stick up for her daughter. You see, although the owners may be licensed in cosmetology, the salon hires unlicensed workers, and if we pay for a service, it would be nice to receive services from someone with a degree in cosmetology recognized here in the United States. When this preference was communicated by my mother, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Hetal erupted and acted as though we were making an illicit request. Atop of raising her voice very publicly, Hetal also explained how she was injured and was unable to provide a service for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was confusing as she provided a near identical service for my sister not even 24 hours prior independently. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If the owners are injured, it would be integral to have a sign when walking in or online for clear communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Amidst this confusion, my mother simply asked for some clarification on my behalf which Hetal began shouting unprofessionally and made other customers waiting visibly uncomfortable by creating a toxic environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hetal has a daughter too, who she would stand up for because all mothers just want the best service for their kids. Mothers are loving and would do anything for their daughters. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Hetal grew infuriated and began discussing personal matters irrelevant to our service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She behaved entitled as if she was doing us a favor for doing my eyebrows, but I am a PAYING customer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]At the end of the day, we would like clear communication and licensed professionals providing services.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As paying customers, we would appreciate respect and a welcoming environment, especially around the older generation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In conclusion, if I PAY for services, I do not want to be pressured to receive my service from other individuals that are unlicensed and to feel fearful of being verbally abused when walking into a salon. Love this place! It is so clean and such a big space with good music and energy. Jay is super sweet and did a great job on my eyebrow. Just 4 dollar for eyebrow. So much better than henna salon and I am so glad I found this place and not wait at henna for more expensive and dirty technicians to do my eyebrow. They should be more popular! The wait time has definitely changed. The price of eyebrow threading is great here. That is the only good thing about this place. It's unfortunate that they don't have enough workers. I think I'd appreciate it if they started taking appointments only. I've been coming here for a while now but never waited this long. I've waited over 40 minutes to be seen since there is only one worker handling threading and another handling tinting or waxing. I had other obligations so ended up leaving after waiting that long. Very upsetting... They also don't really follow their sign in sheet they have at front desk, so it is hard to estimate wait time. During my time here waiting, they have constantly just say "who's next? Or next please". I also saw someone walk in and immediately go into a room which upset me even more since I don't think they signed in. Maybe they were here only for waxing services and had an appointment. Going forward, I think I'll have to try calling in to book an appointment or find a new spot for eyebrow threading only. No service is ever worth waiting almost an hour to be seen... read more

I've recommended this establishment many times without reservation; however, after today, I caution customers. I have been going here for 4 years and while eyebrow threading increased to $6, it was still a good "deal". I have had multiple loyalty cards (misplace them, then find them). Well, today I finally had one with all ten stamps and ready to use. The employee refused to accept it and told me it was too "old". Well, they never complained when I got a stamp last month. They should accept their loyalty program as valid. Just lost a customer with numerous referrals. Poor customer service. read more

I've come to this salon a couple of times and have always only threaded my eyebrows or upper lip. Have never had any problems and were always done nicely. The other day I decided to try a full face and I reminded the threader to be gentle, although they added the gel to my face right after when I got home my face started getting red and bumpy :( I put ice on my face like they suggested but it won't go away. My entire face is red and bumpy and almost itchy and it's been 4 days already :( I usually never break out but wow my face is ruined. I've been icing my face every chance I can get but it doesn't seem to be helping. Will be back for threading for brows and upper lip only, wouldn't recommend the entire face. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They need more workers for ONE. Secondly I drove 30 mins here because I was told to come at 6 that they were to busy at 3pm. When I get here 15 mins early it's a long wait and they saying I have to wait after all the walk-ins. After explaining that's not what was told when I called and scheduled for 6pm I was than told they couldn't even do my design for the Henna Tattoo I wanted!!!
