I came here a few months ago for the first AND LAST time. This woman has no bedside Manor I had never had sugaring done and she ripped me bare even after I asked her to leave a strip. She said the hair meant I was dirty. Afterward my private area was super sore and it hurt to wear anything for a few days. Then the ingrown hairs and pimples happened. Price $30 Full Face (Sugar Wax + Threading) I wanted to try eyebrow threading so I came to this place since I was at the swapmeet buying a few items . Upon my arrival I was told it would be around 30 min. wait which was okay with me . I was immediately after the 30 minutes. I mention to the lady I was interested in getting my face and she told me that the full face was with sugar wax first and then thread. She was very nice and explain to me what she was doing and how to position myself ,after came the threading which was less painful since the sugar wax was done first. When she was done I notice my Eyebrows where too thin , when I came In with thick eyebrows I only wanted a clean up , plus she colors them in (I didn't say anything since there was no way to get my eyebrows back)I will have too give it a couple of months to grow my full eyebrows again. Plus one ended more squoval then the other more squared it just left it like that before she ends up thinning them more After I arrived home I notice the small details since I couldn't see in dim light the full face sugar wax didn't fully wax my cheek & chin thin hairs, and for the threading the threading left my lower eyebrow a bit pinky with irritation and my side of my lips too burns . Awful. If you have thick brows, you will leave with no brows. This lady ,I specifically told her not to thin them out, and to just clean around, and she did just what I asked her not to do, and to finish it off she tried filling in my eyebrow with a liner so I wouldn't notice the giant piece she chopped off one eyebrow and not the other. Asked for my upper lip and my cheekbones threaded as well, she rushed through it and didn't even clean it properly. Worst experience ever, avoid this place! read more

Just had the worst experience with "the owner" of the threading location I've came here many time before. The last time, I told her she seems to be threading my eyebrows thinner and thinner every single time. She got bothered and said "oh no hunny I don't do that" so whatever There is this new girl At the same location that started doing my eyebrows I like the way my eyebrows looked after she did them. I came in today I was hoping that the new girl would do my eyebrows and the owner seem to be bothered about it she has some type of policy that whoever is available will work on your eyebrows. But there Was another lady before me that the owner could've worked on but didn't. The owner was so rude and insisting for her self to do my eyebrows I waited 1 1/2 month for my eyebrows to grow in Because she ruined them. She was butt hurt because I preferred her "New Girl" instead of her. I wasn't the only one who has complained about Her thinning eyebrows, I sat there the last time and heard another girl complaining about how thin her eyebrows ended up. This is my 4th time coming to this place for the all natural sugar hair removal! Every visit is the best with all the employees. They are very attentive and very polite. Eva always makes the hair removal process so easy and comforts you during the experience. When I went my first time she thoroughly educated me on the all natural hair removal. I don't know the ladies by name. The lady with lots of earrings is extremely rude. As my mom walked in with me to get my eyebrows done the lady with the earrings asked if another customer was ready and my mom not knowing she was asking the lady behind her kindly said "no, not today I'm just waiting for my daughter " the lady then responded "I wasn't talking to you". Today I went in and requested one of the ladies and the lady with the earrings said no I explained why I wanted that specific lady. She is the only one who leaves my eyebrows flawless and last time I went one of the girls they are training took over half ways into getting my eyebrows and left them choppy. The lady with the earrings then called me a liar and said that the other girl doesn't do eyebrows. So I was a regular customer until today! I always thought they had great customer service until today when the owner Eva went off on me because I requested Mary to do my eyebrows. So I guess she has a list of rules on the wall that I never noticed. Sorry Eva but you're horrible at doing my eyebrows and anything else! First off she messed up my eyebrows twice and second she cut me! Jesse never cuts me. What kind of place doesn't let you request who you want working on you!? For example when I get my hair done I request the person I want, same with nails! Eva you need to get with the program! That's bad business and definitely bad customer service. I love this place. I used to go here to do my eyebrows. They always take their time and make sure that there aren't any lingering hair left behind. The owner listened and acted according to what I asked for (not leaving them too thin). They accept debit/credit cards, but I believe that you have to spend a certain amount of money in order to pay with card. I would always leave a tip so it was never a problem for me.
