She told me to put a base under it so that I last longer and won't crease. The cost for this color pop liquid eyeshadow is $12. I also bought my favorite mascara $4.99. I have gotten YSL mascara before spent the big bucks but this bye bye panda eyes works better for my lashes and pocket.
