She had literally just gotten home from her own vacation, I don't even think she'd made it home yet, and still squeezed me into her schedule before my long drive. That kind of customer service is impossible to find. Lisa was every bit as amazing as Lauren. My tan is flawless, natural, streak free, and has me looking like I actually spend my life on a yacht instead of surviving airport layovers. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. If you're paying for a tanning membership, you should expect properly maintained equipment and consistent results. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.

There were tissues and spray deodorant available. There is a chair in the room to place your belongings. I do wish there was a hook to hang up clothes. I tanned in the Level 1 Tanning bed. I feel like Level 1 at this location is a bit roomier than at other locations. The bed has controls for fan power, music, etc. I felt that the tanning bed got plenty hot enough, and the fans worked well , so I barely sweated during my session. The rooms tend to be pretty dark inside. I like this vibe. It is more relaxing to the eyes once getting out of the bed. The front counter seemed fully stocked of tanning lotions, creams, and other merch.

They sold me "wellness" packages based on what was currently available in their salon - without mentioning within 2 weeks the bed I paid over $160 in packages to upgrade to was now replaced with a much more inferior option. Calling the support line does not help. Also, using the tools they provide doesn't work. We have been instructed we can text "tan" and receive a time based on the 24 hour law when we are able to tan next. Today I texted two different numbers to ensure I had the time correctly. Both responses said "you can UV tan anytime." I get to the salon and I'm told I have to wait 55 minutes. Again, I understand there are changes from south beach to zoom- much like when any business buys another. However, this is a major downgrade. I called customer support and was offered 50% off a lotion...... slap in the face considering Zoom tan is still making a profit off of me in this situation when based off of my entire experience since Zoom tan has taken over has been nothing but negative. Stay away from Zoom tan! When my membership ends I am not renewing. I would rather be pale than pay an arm and a leg for this kind of customer service.
